Chipotle Mexican Grill, Fremont OH

I have been visiting different locations of Chipotle in the past few weeks. By far, this location charges the highest price for a chicken bowl/burrito: $9.35. The lowest price I have had so far is $8.15.

I have no idea why the price difference.

The location in Fremont is clean and well stocked. The staff was very friendly. The dining room.is clean.

Fajita veggies weren't available at the moment i was ordering, but they were on the grill. The sweet young lady said they'd be ready in about five minutes, which I declined. No big deal.

Worst Chipotle ever. They run out of ingredients constantly. I don't think I've been here one time where they didn't tell me I couldn't get the things that I wanted. It's always dirty. Why do you never have peppers and onions? !?

I arrived for lunch around noon. Figuring everything was freshly made. I was unfortunately very wrong. Although everyone working was very polite, the food stunk. Especially when my order was $35. Then I paid for my brother's food and his was $25. I frequent Chipotle all over. It is a shame the one in my backyard has never met my expectations.

A new low in service and quality.
Yesterdays food at 12: 30 was totally dried and nasty - green peppers shrivels to max- missing one of the meats. All beans looked like soup under inches of water. Ice tea - “No ice tea available today”, Lead person was very pushy and condescending. Employees standing and talking after customers went through line.

Awesome customer service! Employees are always friendly. Emily the cashier is always upbeat and kind! The food is always fresh and generously portioned! As a regular, it's nice when you are greeted enthusiastically each time. This business has been a huge plus for the Fremont community. Much Continued success for this franchise.

I ordered online and had food delivered I ordered a burrito and chips and guacamole chips were so stale it was gross and that's the 2nd time I've gotten.stale chips from them the burrito was even worse! It was missing ingredients and tasted terrible I've never had a bad Chipotle burrito but that was awful

As a former chipotle worker, I really like going to this chipotle. The staff is always kind and friendly. The food is always delicious and made by the recipe. They go above and beyond every time I go in. Last visit they didn’t have chips so I didn’t want my guac, but the manager comped my guac for me. Really happy this store is here!

This specific location there is a certain person that will serve you poorly and someone that serves you what you are paying for. Is like playing roulette.

I'm a Chipotle veteran of 14 years from Columbus, but this Fremont location is PHENOMENAL. Every Tuesday my wife and I make it a point to visit this store from Port Clinton and they NEVER disappoint. Customer service, quality of items and cleanliness of the store is always on point.

So they put 3 pieces of meat in my taco Smashed it all-in-one aluminum foil and gave it to me like that can't even eat this mess love Chipotle but this one is awful.

Very disappointed in this location. Each chipotle location we visit, has accommodated my onion allergy, and gives me plain corn and plain tomatoes. The young kid (Josh) at this location, refused and said “we don’t have that”

Um yeah ya do. He just didn’t want to help. Will not visit again.

Got some big bites of unexpected jalapenos and also got some undesired parts of avocado other than that everything else was fine!

There Isn't Nothing We Don't Love About Chipotle! Food Is Always Fresh! Everyone There Is Always So Friendly! Definitely Check Them Out If Your In The Area!

Pretty good, but be careful when picking up online orders. People still think it's a drive through. Recommend going inside to pick up online orders

Fremont has needed an option like this for years. There have always been the basic fast food chains in town. It is so nice to see a little branching out in the food industry. I love the drive up option for take out. I live out of town and have never seen that as an option. The staff was friendly, my bowl was loaded, and the establishment was clean. I would highly recommend this for an easy dinner out.

When it's good it's great. When it sucks, it REALLY sucks. One visit will get decent portions and the next visit the portions are pathetically small.

Food was really great and fast. Service was nice and helping since I don't go to Chipotle a whole lot. But overall couldn't complain!
