Chipotle Mexican Grill, Cincinnati OH

I ORDERED ONLINE THREE BOWLS ALL MY BOWLS MISSING ITEMS THEY WERE HALF EMPTY BUT I WAS CHARGED FULL PRICE IF IM PAYING FULL PRICE I WANT WHAT I AM PAYING FOR. I GONTO PICK UP MY ORDER THREE PEOPLE WITHOUT UNIFORMS OK OR GLOVES STANDING IN THE BACK & BEHIND THE REGISTER. POOR QUALITY & QUANTITY VERY UNSATISFIED!

Worst’s one in Cincinnati they run out of everything everyday and are rude and for the love of god can they get some that can roll a burrito it’s also always dirty nobody clezz azz s anything there

The wait time is ridiculously slow

My partner placed the order at 6: 40, and said it would be ready at 7: 30. So I got off work and got their late, so about 7: 45 I was their until we canceled the order at 8: 05.

Edit: visited today and it was a huge change in the service! Store was mostly clean (floor was sticky) but the line moved quickly, everyone was working hard, food was fresh and tasty!

Staff were friendly, but very disorganized and messy. The serving area was a mess, they were out of several of the most popular menu items (steak, queso, pinto beans). There were a bunch of employees who seemed to float aimlessly through the areas without doing anything. They also hung a mobile orders only sign on the door shortly after we were served. (This happens quite often at this location. It's not really fair for the customers who aren't great with technology). They had plenty of staff to run smoothly, but I think their disorganization made the whole operation a huge mess.

Service is terrible the manger told her employees to charge $3.50 for cheese when they didn’t put enough on the bowl it’s self I will never go back

I love Chipotle but Colerain has recently been a problem location. We’ve had consistent instances of poor quality food prep. We threw away all our food from our last visit because the taste was so bad. Don’t expect a response from management if you report a negative location.

I haven't had Chipotle in a while and was looking forward to a bowl. The serving counter was a mess and they didn't have any napkins, but I really wanted a burrito. I got home and the first few bites tasted a bit off. A few more and it didn't get better. It just didn't taste right, like something important was missing. I ended up throwing the rest of the bowl away. It left an almost soapy aftertaste in my mouth. I won't be going back to that location.

I came in Monday and ordered two bowls one steak on chicken and when I get home my steak is chewy as all get out and some of the chicken was still pink never had an issue until now but when i called to complain I was told there was no way the steak was overdone whatever happened to the customer is always right

This location is pathetic. I've ordered a few times and they've messed my order up every time, chicken instead of steak etc. Also if you order online they will short you on portion sizes. Down right terrible, today was the last time I'll ever order from them.

Just don't. Go ANYWHERE else. People are rude, place is filthy, and no matter how many people are there your waiting at least 20min for food. I've avoided this place for a year over my last experience, decided to try again, somehow is even worse then before.

Don’t have Chicken Al Pastor for the second time in a week…. The place is dirty…. The manager (she) is rude and needs to change her attitude talking to customers and employees.

Unfortunately I had to wait for about 40 min to get my order. It would have been faster to just go in the line verses online order. I waited with quite a few others. The food was great and they were nice & apologized for delay. Their dining room was blaa. I've had better service from them before. Maybe a bad day for them. I'd still give them another chance in the future.

The chipotle on Colerain Ave is by far the worst in the city. Avoid at all cost. From terrible service (a bunch of teens with attitudes, that have no pride in their work) to always, always, always refusing to cook more food, they win the award as worst Chipotle in the world. They close at 11pm. I pull up at 9: 30. Guess what, they're out of Chicken, steak, cheese, corn salsa and lettuce, but just for the night. No that means your to lazy to cook more meat and restock your toppings line. AVOID AT ALL COST. GO TO ANY PTHER RESTAURANT IN THE CITY, ECEPCT HERE!

Tables were not cleaned off from previous customers. Floor was littered. There were no napkins in the holders. Ask employee for some so we could clean off a table and they didn't have any. We left before ordering any food.

Out of cheese and chips.
Bathrooms were gross and Out of paper towels
Out of napkins in the drink area
Drink area was a mess
Sat in the dining room at 9: 45 and was told to leave
