Chipotle Mexican Grill, Columbus OH

Always love going to Chipotle and always quick and exactly how you order it. This visit the cashier seemed to be new and had trouble ringing the order but got it right in the end after repeating what I ordered multiple times. I will still be a frequent customer though.

Not ever picky about a chipotle experience but every time I come to this location I have a problem with food and/or staff. This time the person preparing my bowl was coughing the whole time and some of the ingredients tasted vinegary.

This location seems to be following in the footsteps of the Morse Rd & East Dublin Granville Rd locations. Get some people that don't act your a bother because you there.

I try not to go to this location because it's most always a bad experience but today I was in a hurry so I gave them another shot to let me down and they did so once again. Got a barbacoa burrito and they barely put any meat on it. My queso was watery too so the whole meal sucked, as did their demeanor. I wish I hadn't even tipped but I did. I'll never go back to this location ever again. They are the worst.

Every single time I eat here, I get violent stomach cramps and get very sick. I avoid this location at all costs and drive much further to visit a decent one, which is disappointing given that this location is. 2 miles from my home. The employees are incredibly rude and refuse to say even one word to you. They roll their eyes while you order your food. Shut this location down and figure out the issues, for real.

Truly one on the worst Chipotles. Often show up and they are only taking online orders. When I place an online order they frequently omit or add additional ingredients. Unsure what the point of indicating that I want extra lettuce is if they don’t even follow instructions. Only continue to go here because it’s the closest one to me.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Went inside and they told me they only accept online orders, I ordered online and after almost an hour they refused to make my order because they said they didn’t have it in their system.

Online orders only? Is this the year 2020? Lazy workers and filthy restaurant. Find another place to go.

This place is bad. No attempt at customer service. I was left waiting with no acknowledgement from staff. The food is substandard at best. Actively looking for other decent alternatives, which I have a feeling would make the staff happy anyway. What happens when there are no more customers left? ! Lol do the math.

Places should keep their store front operational if they’re going to state that they’re open. I went to go get food half an hour before close and learned that they were only filling online orders. What a waste of time

Guess they're charging $1.50 for the vinaigrette dressing now.
We had a good run.

Been to this chipotle location multiple times and every time the employees are rude and not very welcoming. I understand people have bad days but it is every single time & every employee we come in contact with.
