This one is WAY better than the East Broad location. I literally drive 15min more out of my way to come to this one over East Broad because that one is always a disaster.

Awful. The chicken was so grisly it didn’t taste like chicken. I had to spit out a piece of cartilage that almost cut my tongue, then found more pieces I couldn’t even puncture with a fork. I wish Chipotle were still good but it’s not - avoid this place.

Ordered for the first time online. Big mistake. Although the bag confirmed that two bowls were ordered. Surprisingly there was a burrito and and bowl in the bag.:/ Reading is not a strong point for the employees at this location.

This location is always consistent. Never out of stuff and it always tastes the best. Service is fast and friendly. I’ll go to this location over others in the area.

I like that there isn't always a line. Food wise, they have most items. I do not like that they have a station for extra steak specifically, due to how tough it gets sitting and Ultima it isn't fresh. The person over cutting the meat takes a while to refill the pans and seems to have other tasks that takes away from getting it done. This also causes communication barriers to the front of the house telling us an inaccurate time of when the meat will be done. The staff seems overwhelmed sometimes, but are friendly. They fill the dressing cups up less than 1/2 and sometimes sold out 4hrs prior to closing.

I now know why Kristen the Manger quit. How are you going to charge someone something that is literally a side.a 3 point steak know how to be a cashier Emilie. Thank you to the person who did make my order they was pleasure. Ryan get your manager skill together.

We came in late after the husband got off work, even though it was late the employees were fantastic! Very kind an helpful. The food was hot an fresh as well as delicious!

The white lady with the small lips that was serving me was absolutely horrible I had three orders and she was rushing me even tho I kept saying same thing for all of them. Then had a attitude when I asked for something when she was finishing my order when I wasn’t even done ordering. I got charged extra for queso when I didn’t ask for any. I had two bowls and a burrito and got charge for 3bowls. This whole thing was absolutely horrible and ended laying $40 for three items.

I always hope this location will get better but my most recent experience made it clear it won’t if they keep the same staff. Never before have I seen staff so clearly hate each other and the customers. The people working the line would ignore their coworkers requests and make rude remarks.

They also were incredibly mean to the customers, like shockingly mean. I understand customers aren’t always the best but I saw one of the workers give the most passive aggressive answers to a woman trying to order. She even apologized twice to him for misunderstanding and he ignored her both times. She honestly looked like she was going to cry as she left. What a miserable experience.

Also, the meat is dry, the fajitas look like they were cut by a child, and the guacamole was brown. The area where they prepare the food looked disgusting. Just a bad experience overall.

To sum it up: I thought it couldn’t get worse but then it did.

The food is good the service was quick I had six different bowls and had every one of them and out of there within 10 minutes and it was very quick and convenient. I've been to this location before with 20 some people ahead of me and was in and out and under 20 minutes

Update 8/4/23. My family and I no longer eat here. Last visit was the Last. Line Cook employees not following company standards with added ingredients the whole family complained about eating a Salt bomb. Like eating the contents of a salt shaker. Plus They have to be more consistent on portion size. Each employee will spoon different amounts of the ingredients either too light or too heavy! NOW WE DRIVE FURTHER TO ANOTHER CHIPOTLE.

This Chiptole is always fast and accurate! Employees have been friendly when I am there. I always ask for extra sour cream and they always give a satisfying amount The drink station is a little dirty at times but I understand they get busy.

Had such a terrible time at Chipotle tonight and I can't even begin to express my frustration. The employee serving me, who happened to be Caucasian while I'm Asian American, clearly had some racial bias going on as she messed up my bowl deliberately and refused to fix it when asked nicely. This kind of behavior is incredibly disrespectful and should not be tolerated in any establishment. Avoid this place unless you want your evening ruined by unprofessional and intolerant staff members. I guess im drinking coco but water tonight!

Not sure what happened but this used to be a great Chipotle.
Food was cold and unpleasant sort of like the employee's attitudes.

When me and my girlfriend went to try a new item on the menu a month or two ago the servings and the quality of the food was not anything like the Chipotle on Broad Street because they're not stingy! The meat had bones and fat all through it, not to mention there wasn't much of it at all for the price that we paid it was ridiculous, and I will not go back there! I will continue to go to the one on Broad Street if I want to eat at Chipotle!

I came in at lunchtime today and the restaurant was completely out of barbacoa Didn’t even offer an apology for being unprepared. This was the SECOND restaurant in the area that was out of food! Staff was also not friendly!
