Chipotle Mexican Grill, Amelia OH

Pulled in hours said open till 11. I finished my phone call and as I walked in they seen me walking in and they locked door closed at 10. Highly upset. Last time I was there the meat was under cooked. And hair in food.

I went 25 minutes before your guys closed and the doors were locked! That is completely unacceptable.you close at the time that’s given not a half hour before! And when i go there you guys always get it wrong!

Rice is still undercooked and crunchy.
Food isn't seasoned properly.
Portions are small.

If ordering on Doordash just change your address on the home page to an address closer to a better Chipotle location. Then at check out change the address back to your location. So you can bypass being forced to order from this terrible location.

Absolutely the worst chipotle. Manager is terrible. Even the line employees talk bad about the manager. Chipotle please do something. Out of everything every time I go. This will be the last.

This place was empty in the dining area. There were a couple people ahead of us getting food to go, we were waited on fast and the food was good and still warm by the time we got home. Luckily we only live a few minutes away!

If you like Chipotle that doesn't taste anything like Chipotle this is the location for you.

Rice is under cooked and crunchy.

They are back at it again serving under cooked crunchy rice. If you like that this is the chipotle for you.

I have contacted corporate multiple times and they have still failed to address this issue.

These employees are either poorly trained or completely incompetent.

This location doesn't season anything properly when comparing the exact same order with other locations. I have done this taste test twice with a side by side comparison from two other locations.

Very slow. All of employees in back. 1 maybe 2 upfront every time I've been there. Still behind on online orders by 30 mins or more. Plus they run out of cheese or something all the time

They are always out of at least 5 items.service sucks so bad everytime.mobile orders are always at least 15 mins late and when i come in three workers are just sitting up at the front eating chips out of the bin and doing nothing.

They should’ve really gotten a 5 Star however I used the bathroom to wash my hands before eating and there was such an awful smell in the bathroom that I almost left. Smelled like rotten cabbage or Brussels sprouts or something. After I walked out it was fine. Maybe sewer gas? The food was great. Crew did a fast job of making it like always.
And if I could add one thing- maybe a bit less cilantro.

If you like under cooked beans and rice this is the Chipotle for you.

It happens at least half the time you eat here. Not sure why it is so hard for them to make sure the rice and beans are fully cooked.

If you like crunchy rice this is the Chipotle for you.

Rice is still under cooked after chipotle support supposedly called and corrected the issue the last time. Chipotle support also refused to make the issue right with me. Undercooked rice and beans happens almost every other time at this Chipotle.

They had no carbonation for fountain drinks and were out of tortilla chips. What type of Mexican restaurant runs out of tortilla chips?

Got there at 9: 15pm with the doors locked and a worker saying they closed at 9pm specifically that night. All the online hours and corporate phone says they are supposed to be open till 10pm. Looked like everything was cleaned up and they just didn’t want to deal with making things messy.

I came into the Amelia OH location at 8: 45 PM. They are open until 11 PM. A couple of employees were put chairs on top of tables and another was sweeping the floor. A couple more employees were behind the counter by the grill and take out prep. I went to the counter and stood several minutes. Employees left oked at me but NO ONE WOULD WAIT ON ME. I do not understand that. Why would employees just look at a customer and no one step up to get and prepare my order? I finally said hello, how are you? To the employees. Another moment and another customer came in and stood behind me in line. Still waiting for service. I just cannot understand why a restaurant would have several employees in the store, no one in dining room and yet no one steps up to wait on customers. Not sure why I would want to come back?

Worst Chipotle location ever. Of the times I've visited (out of convenience due to proximity), there's been an issue with my order over half the time. 2 out of the last 3 times I ordered it through a delivery app, I ordered veggie tacos and received chicken bowls. Hire some folks who can read, thanks.
