16Barberton chipotle is awful. Messed my order up tonight. Everything was disgusting and cold.
So there was a promo for Halloween to get a burrito for six dollars and I got charged 16.85 for 2 burritos ask the lady for them to be separate transactions and she already charge me they would not give me my money back and the steak looked extremely dry they were rude the fact that I ordered two burritos for me and my friend then they should’ve been different transactions and if it was an only online promo code then the girl should’ve said the only way to get that is if you order online never once did she say their system is down we’re just honoring it but it’s an only online exclusive for the Halloween promo code experience was horrible the gentleman pretty much said you’re SOL and have a nice day! II will definitely not be coming back here unprofessional worst customer service, they need to train their employees better and show some compassion and respect for the customers!
I’m so sad the girl told me they were out of white rice so i got brown rice even though i hate brown rice and then the next thing i know there’s the white rice i almost threw hands.also the girl working needs an attitude adjustment xoxo
Everytime I come here there is a problem. Doesn't matter if you order or come in. Orders are never ready if you order online and half the time when I come in they are out of multiple things at the same time. Extremely ridiculous. The customer service is ugly also. They are not friendly nor do they care about making sure your order is right. Even putting order into bags is a mess. This time I won't in and immediately was told they were out of both the selections I came in for. I just walked out
Ordered 40$ for just 2 bowls. No extra chicken or sour cream like I paid for (chicken alone was 4.50) and it was heavily over powered with the spicy sauce where this isn't even edible. All I wanted was something nutritional. Can't even call the store because of the robots thinking I want to order more food.
I mistakenly ordered from the wrong location and the manager in Barberton went above and beyond to solve my mistake. Thank you!
WHY DO I KEEP COMING HERE! The worse service ever! I was ordering a chicken bowl again.so the person fixing the bowl put the rice in the bowl and then smashes the rice with his hands in the bowl. I said excuse me but I not eating that. He tells me there nothing work with him putting his hand in my food because he has gloves and then he tells me I can do what I want.get smart with me after I check him. I asked for the manager and he said oh there is nothing wrong with that! Really.are you serious.even if you were gloves and you go and touch other things and then you come back and start messing with food! Come on have we lost our senses. He should have put on clean glove and never put his hand in my bowl. I will never go back. I am done!
I went in they had no fresh salsa and no lettuce. I was very in happy about the barberton location I won't be back there at all
They don't check orders very well before closing bags for pickup, I got none of my sides for my quesadilla (3). When I opened the bag when we got home. No sides! Check your bag (s) before you leave like a the drive thrus. Thanks guys

There was a bunch of employees standing around, had to wait in line a while because all the Door dash people and then had to eat outside because all the tables were empty but dirty!
