Chipotle Mexican Grill, Columbus OH

I love Chipotle, but this is the worst in the world. I have never seen any Chipotle store as stingy as this one. I ordered a bowl, and I paid extra dollars for both rice and meet, but the food can not even make the bowl full. This has happens in this store for thousands of times! If you expected to find a meal, stay away from this one.

I prefer the Chipotle Mexican Grill 3090 Kingsdale Center, Columbus, OH 43221.
The only reason why I purchased food at this location was because it was close to my house. That's doordash for you. The queso tastes a whole lot better at the Chipotle Kingsdale center. The employees at this location are better than the one at Kingsdale. But the food's better at Kingsdale it's a dilemma.

I always come to this Chipotle but I never want to go back because they serve very little food, there is no standard and only one person to serve me who uses the same gloves he uses to put it in my food to touch the computer and collect my cash.

Placed an online order for a steak burrito… despite this, the staff forgot to actually prepare my order. This wouldn’t have been a big deal. But since there is literally zero parking, and what parking does exist is paid and buried in a garage… just a horrible experience. Avoid.

I ordered a fully vegetarian bowl and did not even mention chicken once and the server put in chicken and the person who I bought it for was not able to eat properly and was pretty upset.

They never have anything! Always out of 50% of their products, well before closing time. You're better off going to the corner store and buying your own supplies. I WILL NOT BE BACK absolutely terrible!

How are you going to give me order with just an empty cup? This chipotle has to be the laziest.

My tinder hookup and I ordered 2 bowls on door dash, and they were only HALF FULL. Not even full scoops of anything, even rice. I mean come on. That is outrageous.

Me and my friend come here everyweek sometimes even 3/4 times a week. This time I wanted a burrito and the lady put hardly ANY MEAT ON IT, So I asked for more not double because it was so tiny / like 5 pieces of steak lol and they charged me 14.45 instead of normal. I never complain and can’t stand Karen’s but this location is usually good all around but a lot of there employees are very rude and snobby, next time Im gonna leave and just never visit this location again.

The food tasted fresh and great, but the place is always packed with ppl during rush hours. It may improve their service especially after classes.

First time I went, I swear it was the BEST chipotle I’ve had. Fresh, hot, everything! Staff was so sweet

Visit here often extremely disappointed in my visit this time. Seemed as if every employee on the line did not care about their jobs. Minimal effort and poor listening.

This is by far the worst chipotle in a 10 mile radius hands down this one on campus. The workers have the worst attitudes out of all the chipotle’s. And also they also seem to always be out of something. And also they just sloppily through your food together. And also to the majority of the employees can’t roll a simple regular sized nothing add extra burrito. I’ve been here multiple times because I thought things would change but nope. I never leave reviews but today I had the time. I would simply avoid this chipotle if you can.

(First time at this location) I love chipotle. It has never disappointed me.
But I bought my regular rice bowl and tortilla on the side, with blueberry izze. 2 hours later, I'm having the worst diarrhea I've ever had.

Long story short: this Chipotle changed my life. Every bite tells a story. It takes you on a culinary journey. Ever since I’ve been going to this location, things have been going my way. Thank you management.

I know no one likes people who come in last minute, but I just wanted 2 burritos for myself and my girlfriend. Y'all had 15 minutes left and could of made our night.
Now she's crying and saying she wants Arby's now.
I hate Arby's.

Chipotle is right off Ohio States campus which is a great place for food after a long day of work. There are steps to get into the chipotle, however the other side of the platform provides a ramp. The counters are placed at a hight which is accessible for those in wheelchairs and there is enough room between tables for all people to get around. There is nearby parking, however it is farther from Chipotle than should be.
