19 Chipotle. I just don't get it. You are a large fast casual chain and you consistently screw up on food service standards. It's the only restaurant chain that, if you show up at different parts of the same day, you'll get a different tasting product. Sometimes your chips have no salt, sometimes you'll choke on a chip that is covered in salt. Sometimes they're stale (most), sometimes not. Sometimes you're out of chicken or steak. That's literally 2/3 of the options on the menu for meat?
Your app and the people that prepare the orders are pretty bad as well. My order is always screwed up. Maybe it's a training issue company-wide? I don't know.
I bought 3 bowls and as I was going down the line the very young staff put small amounts of food in the bowls. Every time I questioned them they said they would have to charge me for double, they weren't even putting 1/2: scoops on. I got eyerolls and rude comments. I paid for 1/2 filled bowls!
If you are making the conscious decision to come to this chipotle just know that no matter what time or day you come, they will be out of half of the ingredients you like in your food. But they aren’t going to tell you until you have already started ordering. The tables are always dirty, the napkin station is atrocious and the place looks like it has been over run by Tasmanian Devil. You will get the smallest portion of meat and a ton of sour cream. The staff is not friendly And they will rip your burrito each and every time. Save your time and money, this location is sure to disappoint.
This place is just sad. Every time I come here they are always out of a lot of stuff! Every table was dirty and in need of cleaning. The trash cans were overflowing and on the floor. This place used to be great now I don’t even think I will consider coming to this location ever again. DO BETTER!
Update: this place almost killed me. With all the reviews you can see all the cross contamination! Beware eating here.

Almost every time we go to this location, food quality is poor. Always running out of stuff, they give as little portion as possible and they over salt terribly. Not even able to eat the burrito it's so salty. Mentor location 10 x better, hands down. Oh, and chips always stale. It is my last visit here.
Nora is a rude worker at this location. I was here a few days earlier and got rice woth no cilantro. One they put way to much in 2 I didn't want it. Instead of taking two steps back and grabbing white rice before it was mixed, she got attitude and was lazy. Mentor and the other Painsville location will do this for you. This place sucks with attitudes.
When I visit this location generally the food is pretty good with the exception of chips. More often than not the chips are stale.
Today when I went back through the Chipotlane to return them all I did was had the bag in my hand the girl looks at me and says stale? And I said to her yes have you been getting a lot back today? Her remark was everyday!
Here's an idea Chipotle - why don't you just serve fresh chips to begin with? Why cause this aggravation of people having to return to get fresh chips? When I am paying over $7 for guacamole and chips I would expect that they would be fresh.
Today before we drove away the girl had us try one and it seemed okay. So I get home and we're eating our chips and further down in the bag right back to the stale stuff. So I tried to call on the phone to speak to a manager that was a joke. The AI just takes you in a loop, it thought I was trying to place an order for chips because it asked what I needed to speak to somebody about.
When I visit a store and I am paying for an order I expect my food to be fresh and to order. That's nothing special and no more than what I deserve in what I am paying for. My dollar is worth the dollar that it is so why not make your food worth what I'm paying for?
I hate to say it, but I have more bad experiences here than good, and if there was another chipotle within reasonable distance, I probably wouldn’t go to this one.
They prioritize mobile orders over people in the store, but every time I have tried mobile orders, there seems to be an issue.
They are now open till 11 PM but if you go in there after 9 PM, there’s literally no management whatsoever and all the employees completely ignore the customers to clean, which is I’m assuming they’re way of ensuring they leave on time.
Went in there tonight, and by 9: 15 they had entirely closed up the mobile order station and had the one person who was working serving customers, handling all mobile orders, and customers in the store by himself.
A bit ridiculous to take 20 minutes to serve 3 people waiting in line, and there were at least 10 people working yet 1 person who paid any attention to the customers.
Seems as though if there was better management, this could be a much better location
This location offers the cheapest chicken burrito among all chipotle locations I have visited in and around the Cleveland area.
The staff members are courteous and friendly, and they make burritos relatively quickly, and they are responsive to request such as double portions of beans.
A friend I sit outside on a cool summer day after a long hike.
Overall, a great location to visit if you like Chipotle or burritos.
We’ve stopped ordering online because our food is always sloppy or something is missing. Since ordering inside this location our dinners have been much better, but tonight we received rubbery chips.: (
This is consistently the worst Chipotle I have ever been too. Food is always cold and stale. Portion sizes are also smaller than other chipotles. Buyer beware.
Consistently messes up my orders, locks the doors 90 minutes before they close, always rude
The young person filling my in store order was professional and very efficient. The cashier was kind but charged me twice for a burrito bowl. When I called the number I got the automated run around that finally sent me to the store phone line which hung up on me because I didn't have an access code. I went online and they wouldn't refund my card but wanted me to get the chipotle account so they could give me a free burrito bowl. I wanted refunded not free food I didn't order to start with. They refused to refund me. The live chat person said, with very poor grammar I might add that they have rules and sorry! Very poor customer service policy. I even had the receipt and sent them a photo of which they asked for. Due to their less than acceptable policy/rule I won't patronize the business again. I'm sure they could care less but I just thought that was poor public relations.
Staff rude & disgusting! 1 hour & 10min I waited at restaurant & told me still not ready.refused to make.told me don't know what to tell you go online & get a refund.then associate lied about his name! Still waiting for a refund.still waiting for a phone call.as if it's my fault.outta money & patience
There is a lot of food and the packaging is fast.

NEW: Ordered again and everything was fine until- you guessed it- A PEACE OF STEAK! They should say that they CANT accommodate people that have dietary restrictions. Always mess up online orders, I’ve just got a burrito with no guacamole (which was ordered) and cheese (which was not ordered). Once in the past they got a chunk of meat in sauce. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE IF YOU HAVE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS. They should not say that there willing to cater to people with dietary restrictions if they can’t do so.
Mobile order drive thru they always ask what you ordered to drink even though it's in the computer. Food is good but goes straight through.
Say they close at 10pm. Show up at 8: 45 and people inside are yelling they’re closed at us.why say you’re open if you’re just gonna close early!
