Chipotle Mexican Grill, Sunbury OH

Will not be back, food, cold, sits in containers all day, chips stale, dirty, dirty, dirty

You know it’s bad when you live 15 minutes away from this chipotle and would prefer driving 35 minutes to Westerville (Maxtown) Chipotle. This place is a dumpster fire and needs replaced with a fast food chain that performs even the slightest bit.

Every single time I order from this store they are out of chips. It’s not like I order right before they close either. I order from 6-7 Pm usually. At first I thought it was just a coincidence, but after the third time it’s obviously a trend which illustrates to me that they have bad management and leadership within. Why don’t you make more chips? I have literally never done a bad review but I’m so frustrated. I’m saddened because I love chipotle, I will not be back to this location though.

Always out of something, Always system down either credit only or online orders only. Had to order online then PAY for double chicken NEVER GET IT! NEVER, ask for double rice pay for it NEVER get it HORRIBLE SERVICE! I had steak mixed w my chicken!

Food was hot it was hit or miss at the mount vernon location and food tasted burnt. This location was delicious

Closed on a Sunday afternoon for private party. Digital orders only. Tried to use restroom before picking up digital order. No TP in women's restroom. Quesadilla seemed to be just steamed not grilled. NASTY. Watched about 20 people pull on locked doors and leave. Worst experience ever at any Chipotle I've been to.

Ordered ahead online to pick up in store. When I arrived at the store, the front door was locked. Had to wait in line and additional 30 minutes to be told that our food was not ready and the ordered hadn’t even been started.

"Online orders only" on a Friday night. For goodness sake, how do I help a senior citizen get their food when they have no operatable ability to use a smart phone. So sick of the way restaurants orient their business.

Ordering online from this location gets you the saddest little excuse of a burrito ever and they closed their dine-in, forcing you to order online.

If it were possible to give this store zero stars I would. Every time I visit I am always disappointed, I do not know why I keep thinking anything will be different the next time. Employees, if you can even call them that, completely ignore customers. They are always out of something somehow and this time my order was over 30 minutes late. If it were possible to cancel my order I would have, but Chipotle answering service makes that impossible for you. On top of that, the food just never tastes fresh and the burritos are poorly assembled. Ill be driving 25 minutes to the next nearest Chipotle from now on.

I had completely written this place off (mainly for online ordering) but was craving it so I tried it again. I was met by a wonderful woman named Jo who didn't rush me, listened to exactly how I like my order and made it perfectly. I had a frustrating morning and she engaged in conversation and just met me where I was even though I was just a random customer. Her customer service was beyond expectations. Thanks Ms. Jo!

Plenty of people on the clock but nobody working, always missing ingredients and slow to make orders

Ordered online. I arrived 5 minutes after it was to be ready. Had to wait 10 more minutes in the ChipotleLane. When I got to the window (now 15 minutes after my promised time) I watched her have to make my burrito before sending me on my way. Why order ahead?

Like many below I recently had a terrible experience. I live nearby and did an online order at around 6: 30 pm for two carne asada burrito bowls, no rice, and a side of chips and queso. I get there and look in the bag …. Two burritos and no chips or salsa. The lady at the counter said they were out of carne asada and chips and queso. I demanded that they just reimburse me. A guy next to me had a similar problem. They said to do a review and call corporate. I got home and opened the burritos which were a mess of whatever there was left and a ton of rice on the burritos. I contacted corporate and demanded a refund, which to their credit they did. I recommend that Chipotle corporate visit this site.

So many times we try to go to this location as it's the only one close to us and they're either closed, mobile orders only, or out of over half of their menu. I understand supply problems but this has been going on over 6 months. Why even stay in business at this point? Hopefully another burrito place like hot head or Qdoba comes into the area soon so we can actually get some food.

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Rude staff, always out of key ingredients and products and slooooooowwwwww. The restaurant is skeays dirty, with overflowing trash, food on floors and counters everywhere and the bathrooms are worse than most ports potties.

There is always an issue when you go here. Either they run out of everything or they randomly close down the dining room forcing everyone to order through the line.

No atmosphere because only the chipotlane was open. Sat for a half hour with just 3 cars ahead of me. Then when I finally get the food I ordered an hour earlier, it’s missing one whole entree and a bag of chips. Can’t go in to get the rest of my order because the doors are locked. Can’t wait in line at the chipotlane because there’s now 15 cars. To make matters worse when I got home with the order one of the kids meals was missing the beans and rice and neither kids meal had chips with it. Pay your employees a livable wage so you don’t have these issues. Agape next door had a fully staffed kitchen and open dining room. If they can do it, so can you.

I would avoid this location as much as possible. All you get is a completely dirty environment (I have yet to go in and see a single table cleaned off,) on top of a bunch of kids that would rather talk amongst themselves instead of simply fulfilling orders and sending customers on their way. The manager doesn’t do anything other than chime in on her employees conversations. A fight almost broke out between two employees and nothing was done. This is by far the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to, and each time I go it just gets worse and worse. With chipotles prices being so high, you definitely will leave feeling like you did not get your moneys worth. I only go to this location because I live so close by. I will be going to a different location from now on.
