Chipotle Mexican Grill, West Chester Township OH

More than 2 hours before this location closes and they are out of half of their menu items. I think I’m done coming to this location unless I hear about some massive changes here.

This Chipotle is ALWAYS out of at least four core ingredients every time I come here by like 8PM and they close at 11. How they stay in business I don’t know but they need to get it together. Everyone leaves there so disappointed!

I got a bowl today, when i opened my bag, the lid was crushed and there was hardly any food.i know portion sizes are a big thing in restaurants like this, as i worked at currito, but this bowl was seriously not even half way full, not to mention looked like it has been thrown around by the person handling it.they absolutely refused to even remake it, they wouldn’t touch it or add anything to it.seriously this location is a joke.if you want burnt steak and no food in the bowl, just come to this location!

Used to go all the time until they consistently began running out of food by 7-8 PM (when I typically grab dinner). One time they were out of salsa, but when I got up to the register I noticed a full tub of salsa in the line for “online orders”. When I pointed this out, I was told it was for mobile orders only and that I could BUY a side of salsa through the mobile app to add to my bowl, or they could throw out what they just made and I could order my bowl online (while standing there in the store) just to get a little bit of salsa added to by burrito bowl. Ridiculous. I haven’t been back since.

Did you know that to nearly 20% of the population, cilantro tasted like soap? To accommodate this, Chipotle normally has plain rice available on request. Well... Not today... It happens. The problem is they also didn't have fajita veggies or cheese. So couple that with an undersized serving of meat, and you're left with a disappointing ~$10 meal. It's 7: 45 and the sign says they're now open till 11pm. So that means 3 more hours serving up disappointment. Unacceptable.

The last few times my family has been here I always leave feeling a bit disappointed. I asked for extra lettuce and didn’t even get a regular serving size on our online pick up order. We were also here about a month ago and the rice was so undercooked it was crunchy. We will look to other chipotles for now on.

Went there at 7pm and ordered my food they were out of sour cream and tomatos. I was just shocked they were out that early

First off, I want to say the people who put my order together were nice. I didnt really have issues with my food. It was fresh, I got good portions, etc. However, my issue is with the red head guy who works there. I did not get his name on 12-12-23. Red hair, mustache, flat nose and married. I needed plain rice, not sure how often people ask for it. Thats not the problem, i can go without. He said they had none and WERE NOT MAKING IT. Then he went to the register where his wife / girlfriend was standing. Then started to rub up on her and kiss on her in front of a poor old lady and EVERYONE else. It was super weird! Customer Service was so poor with him!

This is for ordering over the app for pick up, I have done this multiple times and never once has my bowl been right. Sometimes I have no rice, sometimes I have no meat and other times I have no guac even when I paid extra for it.

Each time I go has been a gamble on whether or not I will get burnt chicken. Unfortunately, the past few times I have ordered the chicken it was burnt.

Updating my review based on latest experience 12/10/23. This location and maybe chipotle in general has gone down hill. They are skimping you on the portion. Even worse, I asked for couple things on inside instead of in my bowl and they charged me extra money for it. This is unacceptable! Plus they didn’t have fajitas or salsa verde. As a vegetarian you don’t get fajitas but still get charged full price is disappointing. They have increased prices and reduced quantity you get plus started nickel and dime the customers.

I have ordered from this location both in person and through the app. Ordering in person, you get good quantity of food and experience is good. When I ordered through app, they forget to put some stuff and then quantity is much lower.
My suggestion: order in person.

Half my order was missing and they didn’t even tell me it was missing, went back and manager was rude, told me they were out of those items? And said I would have to call for refund. They had no answer for why they did not tell the items were not in the bag the first time I was there. Plus the bowl I did receive was half full. I’ve had issues at this location before, just did not leave feedback. I would not recommend this location especially the drive through service.

Almost every negative review is valid. Not even gonna repeat it. Go to a different chipotle.

This is by far probably one of the worst ran Chipotle’s in the area, which is a shame because the location is very convenient for where I work and live. However, the customer service is always pretty bad. They are constantly out of ingredients, and the people working behind the counter are not friendly, nor seem to care about customer satisfaction.

This place is awful. The employees must be paying for supplies out of their own pockets because that’s how they act. I work nearby and often end up going here for lunch as it is one of the only healthy options. I have only had a full burrito bowl maybe 2 times out of 20. It is literally as if someone ate half of the bowl.

Went down hill after opening now they stay open till 11pm if you don't want anything but rice
