The service is not good to staff is really rude and whoever owns Chipotle needs to get in and clean it up

When ordering pickup or delivery they will not give you the right amounts. Example, if you order extra cheese they will give you less than normal amount. If you ask for vinaigrette, they will give you a small amount that basically equates to 2 spoon fulls. If you want this chipotle GO THERE! Don’t order online!

Great food, extra cost for queso sauce, now not giving change, 2 or 3 time I've had to give up my $. 85 change, instead of just rounding price off to nearest dollar!

It's alright as far as Chipotle goes. The food has never been bad nor do the orders of my friends get mixed up and it's always enjoyable. The line can be absurd at times. Truly sad that it can take so long to simply be able to order sometimes. I don't know the cause but other then that it's alright. I will say the wait is what has made me not come here in quite a long time.

Chipotle can never disappoint me the service is fast and they are nice I always get the right things and they give you enough food and not small portions.

Always Great Service, but you have to request more of the items when you get a bowl. They are very skippy with each item!

Food quality is really declining at Chipotle in general, not just this location. Do they no longer fresh make their chips? The ones I had today tasted like straight out of a bag.

It was the first time I've had chipotle and turned out to be pretty good. Nice little space with some decent fast food

I used to love this place would eat there at least once or twice a week but anymore it seems like the prices are getting higher in the portions are getting smaller for the price you pay for a bowl you can go to a Mexican restaurant and have a meal

I am not a huge fan of chipotle but my wife is so we end up going quite a bit. I feel like their service has improved quite a bit in the last couple of years but it still isn't my ideal place to go grab food. I do enjoy the bowls and don't really have any problems with the food, I just wish it had a little bit more variety. I dislike the corn but love the red sauce.

Line was pretty long but they got me out fast. A little light on the rice but got more when asked for it. Friendly service over all.

So food is always good here but i got sick the last 2 times n im assuming someone isnt handling food right and they like to skimp everything at this place so u gotta always double everything

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Fantastic selection of fish and most of your aquarium needs. We come here often.

The manager Dustin Grieves was very rude and it’s trying to charge extra for sour cream and corn. When I asked him why it’s not on the menu or in our guys website he responded well I am trying to save food cost. I was like you not allowed to charge something that it’s not in your guys site or menu.

This is the worst Chipotles In Columbus, staff isn’t always the friendliest, 80% of the time im forced to buy extra meat as they put very little on burrito, I’ve been to this location over 20 times and it it never gets any better, if you like lots of rice and little meat this would be the place for you

This Chipotle used to be top notch. Extremely fast and efficient.
Now there very inconsistent in portion size and speed. The recipes are consistent but the staff isn't up to the speed and accuracy of staff in the past.
Last two visits December 2016 still the same, with some violation with using a rag to wipe the line then grabbing a person's Burrito shell. Yuk glad I only eat the bowl's.

Almost always clean, quick service, in and out type unless everyone craves for Chipotle, a long queue appears.

The reason for this low review is. Every time my family and I get a online order It is always wrong. Not to mention this location serving control is always on a whack. Half the time when you wait line you wait for cashier that's in the back. All in all I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody. It's a shame how Chipotle has fallen

Loved the customer service and the food. The people on the line were absolutely amazing the atmosphere was very inviting!
