Chipotle Mexican Grill, West Chester Township OH

They forgot rice on our bowls. They were out of chips, guacamole, and tomato salsa at the same time. We had to drive back to get our bowls remade. Go to this location a lot but lately it hasn’t been great.

Thanks for expecting me to eat my bowl with my fingers and then giving attitude about it when I call and ask for a refund because I can't leave work and now can't eat this food until it's cold.

Unsanitary when a worker throws trash away and push it down in the trash with hand while the glove is on and the ask what you would like without changing gloves in front of me that is bad bad bad. Then you get mad when it is brought to your attention

Where do I begin? Hoping it was an off night. Saw other people bringing back their orders as I was picking mine up. Others waiting impatiently.all bad signs. I get my order and thought it was all there. My husband's sticker was on my daughter's burrito and visa versa.needless to say my husband was NOT happy! My son's kids meal was missing the chips and drink. Finally, I ordered two single tacos and received one soggy one. Don't think I'll be going back to this location.thought I chose the Beckett location in the first place.

Chips were overcooked, no sour cream, meat was cold and not fresh.staff did not take the job seriously.

Totally the place to be. The energy is great and the food is delicious! Highly recommend getting carnita tacos too.

This location no thanks. Cold everything. Steak etc cold look like someone already ate half the bowl. Will just continue driving to cin day rd location 10mins away than this one that Is literally 1min away.

Got into my car and the bag started leaking grease everywhere. There are now stains on my seat. Opened my burrito bowl at work and it was sitting in a half inch of grease.

This place can't keep up with traffic obviously and are rushing everything, or is poorly managed. 0/5 if I could.

We stopped in around 9pm. The place was we'll lit and clean. Few people then but tripled by 930. Food was tasty hot and quick. Just what you would expect.

Had another tasty lunch here but not as often as I used to as it does get pretty packed during the Lunch Rush.

Don't order online. When they mess up your order, they won't give you a refund. I had to dispute the charge with the bank.

Love Chipotle! Definitely can not go wrong with anything you get here! I have not been let down with the serving sizes or the food! I do miss their old steak but besides that it is amazing!

Consistently the best Chipotle In the area in every way. I have never had a bad (or less than perfect for that matter) experience here.

Food is typical of a Chipotle. Very long line during dinner rush and ran out of white wraps at 5 pm when I was there. No major complaint about this Chipotle.

Great food and service whenever they get to you it took a while for someone to start taking mu order

Food was great other than not having 5 items of toppings available because they were out for the day and I was there at early lunch.

I hate the manager who asks employees not to give everything customer asks for especially when they are preparing the bowl for carry out

I stopped using this location 2 years ago because of bad service.decided to stop in today due to traffic and rain.still the same bad service. Will drive extra miles to ANY OTHER location or just not eat Chipotle.would not recommend

Great food! Make the choice healthier by having a burrito bowl (without the wrap). And I recommend skipping the sour cream. IMO
