I've had Winklemann as my agent for a few years. In fairness, I never had an issue until I was in an accident and actually needed my insurance. State farm has been a complete mess. The accident wasn't my fault and the first issue was not having a rental long enough and taking two weeks to get a check for my new car. I filed a complaint with customer service and was basically told if I wasn't happy I could leave state farm. So I called Winklemann's office and told them about my complaints and concerns. Never heard anything back. So I filed another complaint, this time I was told state farm messed up and I had other options to get a check sooner and should've had extra days for a rental. A bit late to help. Then I get a text from Winklemann's office, they want to finance my new car. I text back how unhappy I am with their customer service and don't feel appreciated as a customer. They text back that I am valued. Still no call. No apology. I'm still fighting with state farm to get treated for my injuries, the whole thing is a mess. As soon as this is over I will be switching.

Chris has a great staff, who is always willing to answer any questions.
They handle everything in confidence and return calls ontime.
