Dean and Clay are genuinely amazing people! On my way home from work the other week, I got a flat tire and got off the highway. The tire wouldn't fill and I noticed Christian Brothers within walking distance. It was about 10 min after their closing time but Dean and Clay were still there and helped me get my car over to their shop, reopened and setup equipment, changed my tire, and sent me on my way. It would have been very easy to say they were closed and had obligations they needed to attend but instead, they went out of their way to be welcoming, helpful, and genuinely happy to help me out. It's incredible to encounter people that want ensure others are taken care of whether or not they are a paying customer. Thank you!

Rare to find caring people who are willing to help you out in a tough spot. Pick up a chunk of metal on a tire and the tire was going flat fast.

These guys recommend another shop to do the tire repair AND put my spare tire on for FREE!

I thought their business hours were weird, as they didn't seem to cater to people who work 9 to 5 UNTIL they told me that they have a shuttle service. Not only was I able to get my car worked on in a timely manner, but the shuttle was perfect. I arrived at work right on time and the driver was waiting for me when I walked out of work at the end of the day. All of the staff was professional and friendly. The price I paid for the work was reasonable.

I went here for the first time for an oil change and the experience was great. Super professional and friendly. The work on my car was done in a timely manner and they even looked over my car and gave me a heads up about a tire issue. I would definitely come back.

My clutch became unusable, making horrible noises and my car was nearing complete breakdown - I researched my remedy and luckily found Christian Brothers to fix my car problems, which included not only the clutch but the fuel pump and struts. My car came back not only fixed but almost like new with a 30,000,3 year warranty. They were wonderful and I could not have chosen a better car repair place. I recommend them for any car repair you might need.

From my first call to my last this business was friendly courteous cared about my needs and moreso exceeded my expectations. I dealt with Clay and Jen very nice people and they listened to my concerns and provided outstanding service. This will be my new go to place when I have automotive needs

Absolutely wonderful experience. I took back my car that had a warranty with it and they fixed it without blinking an eye. Dropped off the night before and was ready the next afternoon. Highly recommend!

I was having a problem with vibration in the vehicle. Went to Christian Brothers to check alignment. They performed the work in one hour, fairly priced. Performed better, but on a long trip, noticed there was still abnormal road noise and some milder vibration. Went to tire dealer and the checked tires. They had worn unevenly at 20k miles and they worked out a deal for new tires. Better again, but still had some abnormal street noise and small vibration. Went back to Christian Brothers and explained my problem. They had me test drive with Bill, who they had just recruited from a Ford dealer with 28 years experience. He drove the car and explained to me his thoughts regarding the camber and toe on the wheels and possible run out and road force on the tires, and to tell the tire dealer to look at those. But he said “let me take a look at the photos of our original work” and see if I notice anything. 45 minutes later he and Clay came out and said they were able to do some additional movement and said they thought it would help. Drive it, worked great. Normal sound, no vibrations. When I asked “how much” they said no charge! This is my second time using Christian Brothers and they will now get all our business-highly experiences workforce, extremely personable, fairly priced and Christian principles. What could be better! Thanks Bill and Clay!

Been here twice now, my name is John, I live in Brecksville. This place is clean, convenient, and has very friendly and professional staff. I echo all of the other non-5 star reviews, they are priced too high.

Most successful businesses offer 3 things and you can choose only 2. Quick, Quality, Value. Christian Bros doesn't offer value.

They significantly upcharge and heavily pad the "price for parts" while offering a discount on labor and how you are now part of their loyalty program. They likely pay their staff per the job and not per hour, so therefore sales is targeting to oversell and offer you a "free" shuttle. They do good quality work, but unfortunately they value a short term gain over a long term relationship. I do not recommend, unless money is no object and you will overpay for quality work. I recognize there is a target market for this, but I work hard for my money and I choose Quality & Value over the speedy delivery.

Okay heading to CAVS game in CLE long story short get screw in tire stop at Christian Brothers Automotive Clay-Five Stars also Nik and Lucas awesome employees there! Would highly recommend anybody going here for auto needs these guys went above and beyond had us back on the road within an hour you guys rock!

I recently found Christian Brothers by driving by. Upon moving to North Royalton I needed to find a auto shop closer to us as we used our other company for 20 years. Upon arrival I was greeted very nicely by everyone. They gave me a ride home and stayed in contact with me about my son's car. Nothing was done without my ok. Once I gave the ok they completed the work very quickly and even returned the car to my home. I was so impressed, that they came and picked my own car up the next day and returned it the next day. I was so glad I found this place and know that I will continue to use them as I need them. I was treated as a vip even though they had never heard of me before that appointment. I know my price on services were a very good and fair price and they didn't add stuff on just because. If you are looking for honest service and fair pricing please try them. I could not find any fault with anything they did on 2 cars. I spoke with 1 person thru my whole service with both cars. He (Clay) answered all my questions and made sure I knew what he was talking about. This could not gave been any better customer service. I highly recommend!

I got an alignment here done on my 2017 Ford Mustang. They are very kind and friendly, professional and also generous of offering water and to ask if you need anything while even waiting in the waiting room. I was to to catch a nap and got my inspection report back from how far the tow and camber was. They have earned my business and I will be coming back for sure.

Good customer service and detailed receipts of services performed. They offer coffee/tea and free shuttle service as well. However, pricing is a little too high to be competitive. After getting my 90,000 mile routine service done here, I was told I needed a couple of additional services completed but was quoted a pretty high price. Called around to other local businesses and was quoted prices a couple hundred dollars less for the same services.

They educated me on what repairs needed to be performed and why. Even sent me videos and recommendations of other items that were found during the inspections that needed to be addressed. Jared and Jen went above and beyond to help me get my car in tip-top shape. All of the employees were professional and efficient. I really loved the window in the waiting room that allowed me to see my car being worked on. It's definitely the new facility for all of my automotive maintenance and repairs.

I visited this location last week for an oil change, and had an amazing experience there! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I am planning on moving soon but would happily go out of my way to do business with them again. Reasonable prices and phenomenal customer service. Can’t recommend them higher!
