The women at the front desk was extremely rude, stuck up and snarky. She treated me like I was stupid because I asked a simple question about what all of the different types of lash extensions meant because I’ve never had mine done. Came off very judge-mental, her facial expressions said it all. If you want to wear sweat pants to a “relaxing spa” without feeling judged because you didn’t get all preppy first think twice. Because you’ll get dirty looks up and down for it. And lastly, I have brought my toddler with me numerous times and it’s never been an issue until this woman was there. My toddler just sits on my lap quietly well her dad gets his hair cut watching Minnie Mouse on my phone (muted of course). The entire time I was seated the women never mentioned anything about her being with me. And then randomly decides to tell me I have to leave because there’s a “no child policy” because of the spa downstairs that she was by no means disturbing—quietly upstairs. Very very rudely. NEVER going here again. Completely ruined the whole experience didn’t even offer drinks like they normally would. The whole idea of a beauty salon is to make you feel better about yourself, today I left this place feeling worse.

Absolutely amazing! They have so many options available if you are looking for more than just a haircut. You can get manicures, pedicures, massages, brows, etc. The staff is always super friendly and they always do an amazing job on my hair

I have super spiral curls and I'm always a little nervous to get my haircut, especially if I want something a little out of the norm. I saw Lexi today and she is absolutely brilliant at her craft. She understood the assignment and delivered. I really felt pampered. Such a lovely experience.

I have been here countless times before for my hair and nails. However, I went 2 weeks ago and got my first ever facial, which was super nice and I got a pedicure with polish. I paid almost $175 and not even a week goes by and my toenails are already chipping off. 2 weeks go by and I have officially lost a lot of my polish! I am so upset. I would have figured with the amount of money I paid that it would stay on! So so upset! Don’t come here for a pedicure!

Hairdresser wouldn’t do layers. She left my top length longer than the rest of my hair and said I needed to come back to the same hairdresser a few times in order to cut my hair with layers.

Their massage therapists are FANTASTIC! If you have never tried a full body massage, this would be a great place to start. If you don't want to go alone do a couples massage and bring a partner! Very relaxing atmosphere. Everything is explained to you when they bring you into the darkened, comfortable room with soothing soft music and the rolling waves of the ocean. So surreal. There are two long and wide massage tables that are covered in sheets, blankets that are heated. A small roll for under your knees. The ladies will ask you if you ever had a massage before and will go over any questions that you have. They will leave the room for about 5mins or so you can get comfortable. They will knock to make sure that you are ready and everything is ok. Very pleasant experience. The ladies use a variety of oils, lotions while massaging. Always let them know if the pressure is good or too much. Recommend to everyone!

I’m still in awe of how amazing my very first time at CR was yesterday! It’s so hard to believe such a beautiful salon and spa is so close to home! I had Lexi for a facial and she was great. I loved the service and the entire atmosphere so much. I booked another appointment and I’ll be coming in early so I can enjoy my complimentary beverage and take in all the beauty of this gorgeous salon!

It was a great experience, above any other salon that I had been to in the past, and the price is more than fair. I would suggest anyone and everyone should try it out.

Customer service is absolute zero. Front desk girls are rude, inconsiderate and only care about your bank account. God forbid you have to cancel your appointment or reschedule. The attitude shoots to grade "awful" in an instant. They even resort to threats not to book you again.

I needed to find a new salon to go to. I searched for places and stumbled across this salon. I actually drove from Avon to give the salon a try. I'm so happy I did. It was totally worth it! I called and they got me right in the same day. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. I went to Amber. She listened to what I wanted, she explained everything, took her time and when she was finished I felt beautiful and my hair looked beautiful! I HIGHLY recommend coming here! I already booked my next appointment & I can finally say I found a salon/stylist I'm happy with! Thank you so much Amber!

I am never going anywhere again! Everyone was so polite and friendly, building was kept very clean, and my hair has never looked better!

Nothing was done right. I visited here on 8/22/2020 and had Camille. She butchered my hair. It was cut so uneven that there is a very large slant of hair on the front of my head. One side is completely longer and it slants to the other side being waaaay shorter. Too much hair was cut off. It cannot be styled in any way and now I must wear a hat for two months to grow it back out to where it should have been after the cut. Thanks for nothing.
