Warm & lively environment with a talented team of professionals who seem to respect and support each other.much like a happily functioning family. It’s so refreshing to walk into a high-end salon without having to do a Matrix-style swerve to dodge the negative energy.

The studio is designed very well; it feels spacious and I’ve noticed that I always feel very engaged, 1-on-1 with the way that stations are set up. It feels safe. As a lil’ testament to that, in January I accidentally left my brand new iPhone in the bathroom.and someone actually returned it to the front desk! Values in action are an environmental thing, in my opinion.

The stylist of my lucky stars, Michael, is a believer in true client care and offers authenticity in his work and in conversation.
He’s incredible! He managed to help me get over some anxiety and trauma issues with my neck being touched, and social anxiety in general at salons.which is a miracle. Over 3 appointments, he’s relaxed my very stiff neck about 90%. I actually look forward to going back there. Once you have Michael’s full attention there is no half-steppin’ it. He will stay as long as it takes to achieve that “you-approved” high quality output. He seems to appreciate unique and overlooked forms of beauty in everyone. Michael somehow reversed my bad dye job (s), cut my hair into an actual shape that exists, and brought it back to life. Even my dad noticed. Michael knows his stuff.

I was introduced to Christopher himself by Mike on my way out at the first appointment. I knew from just a moment that he is one of the good guys. A present business owner that truly cares about his work, employees, clients, and dog!
These things are to be appreciated. I don’t often make reviews, but I do always read them and hopefully this helps someone with anxiety or PTSD issues holding them back from getting that upgrade or change they desire and deserve. Good hands are here.

This was a decent salon until it moved snd merged with a larger one. The space is loud and overcrowded with poor aesthetics, is very overpriced and my last four visits were delayed by thirty minutes or more. One had to be performed by an alternate stylist as the wait was going to be 90 minutes. My stylist was on leave so had to try a new one, I got highlights which were so overprocessed I had to go to another salon the next week and have a significant cut and pay a fortune for repair products. The stylist was delaying other customers while working on me.

Christopher's Salon has a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. They really know how to pamper you. My stylist Denise is the best she is great at every aspect of her job! Thanks Denise! Maureen

Christopher is he best hair dresser. First time I come in to his salon he greeted me and ask if he can help me. And thank to him I got a lot of complements in my hair.

Denise cut my hair exactly how I wanted it done. She also took extra time to dye a spot that got missed voluntarily. I'm going back and have referred others to her.

Best hair salon in the whole northeast Ohio! Georgie is the king! He will make you look like a movie star no matter what your hair type is.
