Chuck E. Cheese reviews
14This Is a good location extra star for the animatronics being there Manager was super nice and the employees!
I probably would never come back to this place it seems like they don't clean or sanitize properly we booked a party room which is actually a table for my daughter's birthday the next day my family gets covid so that just tells me that the place is infested with germs and they don't clean and sanitize properly so I will not be returning
Got here around 1 on a Monday afternoon and played games for an hour and a half, my daughter asking to see Chuck E. The whole time. Asked an employee when he would come out and she said at 3: 30 so we waited another hour and of course no Chuck E so I asked the same employee and she called to another manager on the walky talky and said a customer wanted to see chicly and the manager said they couldn’t get anyone until 4. I understand that a lot of places are short staffed but I waited there a whole hour more and told me daughter we would see him at 3: 30 and her little heart was shattered when I told her we wouldn’t see him. We were pushing our schedule staying until 3: 30. Just a warning to all before they tell their kids they will see chuck e
A good place to take kids to enjoy and have fun but the food is a little pricey and to play games
My mother, my daughter, and I had the pleasure of experiencing the grandbaby's very first trip to an establishment that has changed quite a bit since my last visit in the early 2000's. We were able to purchase our cards and successfully navigate our way through the gaming area thanks to the staff at the counter! We ALL had a great time and of course ordered a large pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread with drinks and the specialty cup for the baby! So much fun!
Lots of fun for little ones. I would say 10 and under will really enjoy it. You can put money on a card for them to play games and ride kiddie rides. The employees were very friendly and attentive. They have good security so the kids can't walk out or leave with anyone but who they came with. We ordered a pizza and it was very good.
We took our kiddos here to celebrate Easter and it was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, and all machines/games were in wonderful and working order! I was super impressed. We had a great time! And super plus…my youngest is allergic to wheat, and they had gluten-free pizza that we could get for him! Good Job everyone, thank you for a lovely and fun adventure!
GOOD SERVICE &AMAZINGLY GOOD PIZZA! GLAD TO SEE THEY WATCH THE KIDS&ADULTS WHO COME IN&OUT
This is the best Chuck E. Cheese we went to so far. Staff was super friendly and the games were reasonably priced. We went here specifically for the animatronic band, which was awesome.
Food is decent. Pizza here is great. Good service from staff as well. It just needs more games if you ask me. After about a half hour your kids just go thru all the games and they get bored. At least mine did.
One of the last of 3 Chuck E. Cheese’s with the full band in Ohio. The animatronics were in pretty good condition too. Hope they don’t get rid of it!
The staff was amazing the pizza was great with a lil garlic normally don’t eat the pizza as well as a nice variety of games for kids as well for adults a must visit
Overall it was a good experience. For some reason I thought this location included a jungle gym, slide, and ball pit, but it does not; this location is strictly arcade style. It does include the classic animatronics that sing and dance, if you're into that. I was impressed that this place includes a salad bar and some semi-personalized birthday cakes. We spent about $50 for 2 adults, 2 kids, 60 play points, a large pizza, and 4 drinks. Other than being over crowded, it's not bad.
We honestly had a blast. My friends got the kids unlimited game cards for 2 hours. It was perfect. Adults even had fun! If you're looking forward to a beer, they don't start serving it until 1PM lol
