Dark haired lady with dark glasses ignored me for 15 mins while standing right in front of me chatting with a coworker. When I asked if I was in the wrong spot she got aggravated with me but she then decided to help me. She did inform me that she had other things to do besides check drivers in all day.

Took me late, no questions asked. Loaded in under an hour. Professional crew. Make sure trailer is clean!

Loaded for two hours, and loaded someone else's cargo, then reloaded for several hours

Came here second time for pick up and overall not bad experience. Shipping people are very friendly. No restroom but portable toilets and not sure about overnight also. They can take 2-3 hours to load you.

Overall the staff is really nice. Overnight parking available. Only issue is the dark haired shipping woman with dark rimmed glasses. She is the most miserable, unhappy person you may you may ever meet. Just talk slow and only answer the question she asks, and you'll be fine. Good luck.

Got there about one hour late do to a receiver put me right in a dock was done one and half hour later

No facilities except portajohn. The shopping clerk lady is perhaps the rudest shipping/receiving clerk I've ever encountered. Definitely has the attitude that she is above our lowly position

Loaded 12 hours before appointment time, easy parking, friendly staff, overnight parking available!

The outside of the building is very big. Would recommend that someone Takes the time clean up the parking lot area!

One of the best pickups I've ever done. I had an appt for 1215 Sunday afternoon. I came in at 8pm on Saturday night. I was planning to park for the night. I decided to try my luck and they actually loaded me. Wow! Overnight parking is allowed. Took about 90 minutes to load.

Very slow loading, over 5hours, lady at shipping office is very rude and not nice, don’t get any loads from them!

My appointment was at 11 am but i came in the night before and they loaded me right away and i was done at 11pm almost 12 hours before the appointment time. The guy on the front desk was very friendly.

I got 2 hours late for my appointment and giving door right away, loaded within 2.5 hours thank you for the kindness and help

It was okay drop and hook wise but the atmosphere felt uncomfortable with the shipping lady, she was not rude but just felt like it was a bother to pickup BOL

I drop and hook here from time to time and it’s always a pleasant experience and fast in and out. The only problem I have with this place is the old white lady at shipping window. She is one of the most unprofessional and rude employees I have ever had to deal with and that says a lot in this industry. She speaks to you like you are a piece of trash, because she don’t pay attention to her job. How she still has a job where she gets to deal with people there, is beyond me.

Usually get you in and out if you’re a delivery guy…sometimes an attitude at the window, sometimes cool

Came in on a Sunday at 8: 30 a.m. For 5: 30 in the evening appointment. They put me to a door right away and it is now 10: 15 in the morning and I am leaving cuz I'm loaded! Very friendly staff large parking area and easy to back into the docks! I would definitely come back here and load again anytime!

Fast as **** docked and loaded within an hr for a full trailer. Staff was very helpful and polite.
