I do recommend this company. Richard and his crew did a fantastic job on my floors. I'll be getting 2 more rooms done in a few months.

Called to get a quote on flooring and I was pleased with the cost. Scheduled to have measurements taken and 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time, no one was at our house. I called and they told me they had me scheduled an hour later. That didn’t work with my schedule, hence the appointment time I had picked. I gave them a second chance and scheduled for the following week. Surprise…. Today I was scheduled at 3pm. I called 5 minutes after and was told they should be pulling in. I gave it another 15 minutes and called again to figure out what was going on. I was told they were 5-10 min away. At this point that was 30 minutes after the schedule appointment time. I’ve always been told early is on time, on time is late and late is unacceptable. Lots of other reviews just like mine. I love to support local, but this business won’t be getting my money if they can’t show up on time.

We have had multiple experiences with Church Street Floor Coverings. From having carpet laid in our basement to purchasing 4 area carpets, which Diane bonded the edges. Always fantastic service and quality work. We highly recommend them them.

Great customer service and large supply of samples to make floor selections easier.
