Get fixing from salad bar like tomatoes banana peppers, olives (green and black) mushrooms and whatever else I can enjoy with my pizza slices also very friendly staff
Another good experience as we all know ya get what you pay 4 in this world and a good deal on our opinion
Wouldn't eat everyday yon the go quickie or just when you would like pizza

Drove from Columbus to hit jungle Jim's and CICIS it's been years since I've had it and it is even better than I remember!

I and my wife brought a group of 15 to Thai store. I called a couple times before to make sure they could accommodate us. We got checked in and everything was fine until the cashier told us one of the adults that were not eating had to pay. We asked why and was rudely told that is the rules according to the manager on duty that never even spoke to us. We told them it was a stupid rule however paid the extra money even though we already paid $100. After paying for the adult that was not eating, the cashier told her co worker and manager on duty how rude my wife was and made it very clear. I don’t care if you think someone is rude or not, you keep that to yourself. Your staff at this store needs to be retrained on what customer service is, and what professionalism is. We will never waste our money here again.

Shut everything down and took all the food off 36 minutes before they were supposed to close I sat down for 10 minutes and they were already shutting everything off. Watch a women fall because they picked up the matts off the floor and left water all over the floor.

Was very busy and pizza couldn't stay stocked. Other that was very nice. Need some more games for little kids in arcade area

OMG I make it a point to come
To CiCis whenever we are in Cincinnati. Before or after, we go to Jungle Jim’s and spend way too much. But you can’t beat the deal. The pizza is great and it’s hard to find a buffet like this.

The kids had a great time, the lady at the register (Maria P) was so helpful, patient, kind, and answered all my questions I had concerning my food allergies. She deserves a raise!

Very delicious. We went on a Tuesday and it was very empty and even then they had fresh pizzas rolling out every few minutes, a different option each time. It had been a few years since e either of us had been to cicis and this reminded us of why we should come more often. Price was good too, $23 for 2 adult buffets with drinks.

Worst pizza ever. Paid 30 dollars for my wife son and I. Could have went to Golden corral and got better pizza

Told them a pizza we wanted since they asked and she never put it in and not much of pizza to choose from then a group of guys came in from work and they couldn't keep pizza up sad waste of money when you get 2slices that's was avalible

Did not care for the rude cashier.
She handed the receipt to my wife and said. Make sure you fill in the tip amount is my wife handed The receipt back and said Tip for what we have an even sat down to eat yet. No, my wife and I we always tip Even A c***** waitress.
But to Ask for a tip before we've even sat down to eat or anything. Seems a little crazy to me. So we walk away to go get our plate in. The cashier turns to her co-worker. And says that b**** didn't tip me. Co-workers says who cashier turns around. And says that long-haired Karen b**** over there.
I was shook sure. I was in the middle of turning around. To say something my wife grabbed me by the Shoulde And stopped me, she said there's no point All that will do is make a scewe'll just call the man. Have it quietly taken care of? But the whole situation made my wife question herself for the rest of the evening, She should put a tip jar by the service area so she can earn tips instead of demanding people to give her more money before she's even done anything for them

Place isn't what it used to be. You almost have to beg to fresh or get something besides pepperoni or something without Alfredo

We come in one hour before 8. Which they are closing at due to the holiday. They would not make no more pizzas. Was told they are sorry but they are closing at 8. Has three pizzas on the buffet.

We were traveling to a local store from our of town. The Cici's in our area closed years ago. We took the opportunity to eat here.

It was amazing. Every bit as good as the local one had been. The people were awesome, and they were very willing to make whatever pizzas we asked for.

If we are in the area again, we'll definitely eat here again.

We were the largest table. We all met at 6pm. There was no pasta, what was there was fried out and stuck to pan. I made a salad (hint: iceberg lettuce on bottom of lettuce pan)
Grabbed a piece of thin crust pepperoni, and a stuff crust pan pepperoni. Both pizzas were A-ok. The salad yummy because their blue cheese didn't suck. They offer a cinnamon dessert that more than a few found addicting. And chocolate bars or thin soft brownies, were ok. For 10$ not a bad deal, and they accommodated our 16 no problem.

The one star is for the "chicken wings. " Paid $13.99 for 10 chicken wings with no sauce. We literally received about 15 pieces of semi burnt pop corn sized chicken. Only one piece was the length of my thumb and no thicker, a few quarter size and most were nickel size. It was THE biggest waste of money. So do NOT order any chicken wings from CiCis. My husband and I do not eat pizza and we didn't want to pay $8.99 for just a salad so chicken wings were our only other option. We split the plate of "chicken wings". Picture is of my plate next to the small water and you can compare the chicken size if you look at the cracker packs. Most of it was crispy hard breading. It was unbelievable that is what we got for $13.99.we didn't even get normal chicken wings.

The staff did keep the place pretty clean though considering the crowd. Those that ate pizza said it tasted good as did the salad. Wish we had gotten the salad. Probably won't be back though for a long time now since they lump the salad price in with the pizza buffet price. Also, they need an elderly person plan too. Our grandmother, who eats less than a bird, had to pay 8.99 for a tiny (how she made it/ate) salad. Her meal should have cost the same as a child's buffet. My kids actually eat way more than her.

The workers are great, they do their best to make sure they have what you want on the buffet bar
