Everyone is very professional but also friendly. The staff and Dr. Shleier always make me feel at ease.

First time patient. Highly impressed - hygienist was extremely knowledgeable. The doctor was extremely personable… both were very thorough!

Hours listed on the website are not accurate. Hours for Saturday are for existing patients only, and not advertised as such. Disappointing for those with an emergency.

After the dentist makes your 16 year old cry you take your business elsewhere. Couldn't give this place a lower rating, else I would have.

Always a great experience at this dental office! Everyone is always polite and professional Dr Schlier and Michelle are always great and know their business! Both are very professional and know what they are doing! The dentist is not one of my favorite places to go but I do enjoy coming to this dentist office!

CDS West Chester was able to rescheule my appt for the same day just at a later time due unforeseen reasons that I missed my earlier scheduled appt time, staff was very prompt, attentive, dental hygienist was friendly, polite and professional, I would recommend their services to others!

I’m torn leaving a one star review because I didn’t actually get to experience the dental services here. I called late Friday and spoke to a very compassionate receptionist who scheduled me for a new patient appointment for 10am on Monday. I walked in and was kindly greeted by a different receptionist and filled out new patient forms on their tablet and waited. And waited. And waited. The receptionist who helped me when I walked in had left the front desk and another woman remained but she was just calling to schedule other appointments. No one updated me on my wait time. I arrived 15 minutes early, had all paperwork filled out well before 10am. And at 10: 20 I asked if they had an estimate of my wait time. I was told it shouldn’t be more than a few minutes. I continued to wait and after 45 minutes in total, 30 minutes past my appointment time, I politely told the front desk she could just cancel my appointment. I understand offices get behind but there needs to be some update to the patient to let them know they should expect a wait. That’s also the reason I schedule appointments so early to opening because that early in the morning, offices shouldn’t already be behind. Had I been given a heads up in advance, or a real estimate in waiting, I wouldn’t be frustrated. But when you schedule your workday around an appointment, waiting for 45 minutes is a big deal. Not mention the 70 minutes lost in drive time to and from this location. The reviews here are good so I’m sure people enjoy the dental services provided, this office just needs a waitlist board with estimated times in the wait room.

My first time back to the dentist since 2018. Got fulk service xrays, deep cleaning and scans. They were great. Good cleaning and he was excellent after I complained of minor wisdom tooth problems. He fixed it immediately. Great service, great personalities.

While I liked my dentist the office management and lack of desire to care for their patients fell off dramatically since Covid. Calls to cancel with rescheduled appointments 6 months out became unacceptable. Emergency or Urgent situation calls were not taken as urgent just scheduled weeks or a month out.
They really lost their way here.
I decided to switch dentists when a crown fell off and they couldn't get me in for 3 or 4 weeks. The first 3 dentists I called to see about switching all could schedule me the next day.

I really enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and experience workers at this facility they’re friendly and give me a great experience while I’m having work done. Thank you very much.

I am a long time Cincinnati dental patient, I chose the west Chester office for the great help I get, I was saddened to hear dr toth was leaving, she will have tough shoes to fill for sure, everyone else is kind and tend to my needs, thank you!
