Absolutely fantastic experience. We had been looking to buy a MINI for some time and Alex was very patient with us as it took us 2 years to finally settle on the model we wanted. We were having difficulty getting the info we needed from our local dealer. On a whim, we decided to reach out to the Cinci Mini. We had a great experience at Cincinnati MINI when we purchased our new MINI. Alex Kelly, in new MINI sales, worked with us and was kind, resourceful and responsive. He helped us to find the perfect MINI for us and facilitated a dealer trade to get it. To our happy surprise, we got the MINI within 2-3 days when we expected to wait 1-2 weeks. It was great!
We worked with Jemar DeBose in Finance and had a great experience with him. He laid out all options for us clearly and concisely as well as informing us of other "perks" we get for owning a MINI through Cincinnati MINI.
To top off the experience, Noah Oglesby gave us a crash-course tutorial on the car and everything it can do (which is a lot!). He made the time to ensure the MINI was completely set up for each of us to drive and also got all of the fun extras set up (like Carplay, coloring of lights, displays adjusted.etc.)
Overall it was a great experience and we highly recommend Cincinnati MINI! And we love the MINI too and highly recommend it as well! It's a super fun, sporty car that is a great drive and has all of the high-end luxury tech & perks one could want.

There are no Mini dealers in my state so when our car was totaled and we needed to purchase a new one I found the exact Clubman we wanted online @ Cincinnati MINI. Joey my sales person is knowledgeable and an enthusiastic MINI owner. He helped me get the best price, coordinated deliver to my state. He stayed in contact with me day or night to make sure the car arrived in perfect condition and that I was happy with it.

Brittany the sales manager is also a delight to work with and assisted to make sure the financing went quickly and as smoothly as possible.

Noah, prepped the car before it left the lot. He made sure the car was perfect, talked me through all the features and made sure all the technology was working and that I knew how to work it.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had and I did it all over the phone! Everyone I worked with is an enthusiastic MINI lover and owner. They love their cars and it comes through with every interaction. I only wish they were closer to me so I could thank them in person with a frosty beverage and have them maintain my new MINI.

The Cincinnati Mini Cooper team, including Alex, Noah and everyone else we interacted with, were top-notch in professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge of all things Mini Cooper! We custom designed a Mini Countryman and ordered it for deliver. The process took about 3 months and Alex was very gracious and patient with all our questions, multiple check-ins on status of the mini, etc. Once our new Countryman arrived, the pick-up, financial aspect, and Mini Genius tutorial were spot on and we were on the road quickly.

We had a great experience purchasing our MINI Cooper S from Cincinnati MINI. Alex Kelly was highly supportive throughout the process, responding to any inquiry promptly and in detail. Great support, he followed up with us throughout the purchasing process and was very patient, helpful, and kind. 10 out of 10 would recommend. We drove all the way from Elizabethtown KY and would recommend you do the same if you are looking to purchase a Mini. Fun fact, when your service is due they will drive out of state to pick up your Mini, then they will leave you a loaner and return your Mini when service is done. (At no cost.) Idk what more one could expect. Go see Alex if you’re stopping by, he will do his best to get you the deal you deserve. (Everyone else we dealt with was great too, but if you have the chance, Alex is very dependable.

I have been driving a Mini since 2002. I continue to drive one, not only because I enjoy the handling but the service team.
