Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden reviews
13Very nice zoo & the zoo lights for the holidays were amazing! They honored our zoo membership from our area with 50% off the admission price as well. The only downside was the crowd. I've never seen so many people in a zoo before, but it was the Saturday on a holiday weekend, so I guess I shouldn't have been that surprised.
Best zoo in the country hands down.better than most zoos i have visited overseas too.keep up the great work!
Awesome! Beautiful seasonal Festival of Lights! Won't disappoint. Bring your camera for all the special photo opportunities there.
Been before and it was awesome! This time I went to the zoo lights. It was a great time for the kids and the lights were better than the Columbus Zoo imo.
I like the lights like tonight, but I remember back in the animals had more freedom and the eagles wings were clip. That mad disturbed me. I hope the birds can a least fly inside of their home
Ive wanted to see the festival of lights fir decades but its always been way too cold. Tonight was THE best day of the century to see it since it was 60 degrees today. It was a great time. There are all kinds of holiday light shows in this city. We are blessed to live here for these shows. I cant say any are better than others but this was a wonderful experience.
Disappointed in maps/directory to locate exhibits. Some sidewalks not user friendly for folks I wheelchairs.
I love how the eagles are rehabilitated, and brought to the zoo injured so they can live their lives being in a sanctuary. I respect the zoo a lot for that.columbus zoo is equally as good tho.
We visited the Cincinnati Zoo for the Festival of Lights. Parking is not very convenient. It was a hike up hill and around a corner to get to the entrance of the zoo. We paid extra for the adventure ride pass which in reality was only the train and I feel like that was a little deceptive on their website. It was around 8pm so the only animals we encountered were the giraffes before everyone else was asleep for the evening. Overall - the lights were festive and pretty to look at. The zoo was clean and vendors offering refreshments were very nice and helpful. I think the lights experience was just eh but I'd be willing to venture the actual zoo exhibits another time.
Great zoo with clean, spacious, and educational exhibits. We're annual members and we'll definitely be joining again next year. Our kids absolutely love it here. Oh, and the food there is great for a zoo. We were pleasantly surprised when we found the food to be seasoned and cooked well. Wish all zoo's were like this one.
OMG we were super excited to visit the zoo. The lights are beautiful at night even though we didn't see no animals it was nice to see the Christmas lights. Thank you
We went around 1230 and there was hardly anyone there due to Festival of Lights later in day. We were able to take our time to view all the animals that were out. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. So glad we have membership to the zoo.
Truly enjoyed the festival of lights. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the property too
