Cincy Crab (Springdale, OH)

I've been needing a new crab place since my local place retired. This is a worthy contender.

Clean and friendly staff. Food was hot and cooked perfectly. Cheesecake was fresh and absolutely wonderful.
Tamiah was an excellent server. Very attentive and pleasant.

The seafood boil was pretty good. The one negative here is their chicken wings werent that great.

Great place for the 11th year anniversary dinner. The food was awesome, the staff was on point, and drinks were flowing.

Terrible all the way around food came quick server was frantic and doing way too much. Ordered drinks and they never came…I won’t be back

Everytime come here from Dayton the Dungeness Crabs are the BOMB. Yes it's pricey and my best friend comes along and I never spend under $200. This time I came alone needing away time for me to just be myself and guess what YOU GUYS DID NOT DISAPPOINT! With 20% discount on my Dungeness crab I still spent $179.and I'm not stressing cause the crabs are great all the time. Yes in Dayton there's a place that sell the same dish but there is no comparison to your sauce mix and Devine taste. Thanks to your waiters/waitresses and their bubbly
personality that helped to make a satisfying evening.

Let me start off by saying I have only been here two times. Both times the restaurant was completely dead, including the bar. Nonetheless I write these reviews to be fair, and the first time eating here I was very pleased with our food and would recommend again. BUT, the second time, I couldn’t believe how horrible our service was. We were left without drinks we asked for 3 times. There were no clams in our shells and the crab was rotten. My sides (potato and corn) were both in my girlfriends boil and the sauce was wrong on both. I asked to get this right and they were rude and dismissive. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values good, quality sea food.

Waitress was rude and threw my check at me after we questioned the check. We will never be back and I highly recommend you go down the street to the next seafood joint. Terrible service!

This was our second trip. Husband loved it. I dont do seafood really do I had the chicken tenders with onion rings and was happy. Service was great. Only had one guy waiting tables at lunch but he did his job very well! No complaints!

My server was Tamiah and she was vey awesome. She was friendly and very helpful. Tamiah was very attentive and kind she had a very welcoming smile. The food and service was awesome. Definitely recommend!

I ordered the fried clay basket.it came out in a timely manner but the clams were overcooked. ***rubbery*** The batter thats used on the onion rings is very heavy & the rings were very thin.only ketchup was given.no tartar sauce.the best thing were the hush puppies

So, on Sunday May 7th I decided to take a drive to Cincy Crab for a good ole seafood boil. Upon entering I had been greeted and seated. It had taken over 25 minutes for a server to come to my table to even ask me for a beverage. I almost walked out! Luckily, there was a very nice server by the name of Shay who assisted me during my visit.she quickly rectified the issue. Shay and the manager I spoke with were very friendly, attentive and apologetic. This is why I can gladly give Cincy Crab a 5 star review.

First time to this place I was skeptical at first with a lot of seafood places popping up but the food was really good the atmosphere was nice and chill the service was great will be going back
