29It is great to be watching new movies again in an actual movie theater on a big screen. With wide reclining chairs, cup and drink holders, & plenty of room to walk in and out in the wide rows it was so relaxing. I've missed seeing the previews. I've been here twice since February with my daughter. She brought me here last month for my birthday to see the newest Tom Hank's movie called "News of the World. " This past weekend I came back here for a manatee showing of a very entertaining syfy and action movie "Chaos Walking" with my daughter. Tickets were $8.00. We bought them at the counter just inside the entrance where we choose our seats. There weren't any glitches on the screen. The sound was clear and of course loud. Masks were required outside of our chairs. The parking was easy & quick in their big lot. Until next time be kind to each other. #yelpcincy #cinemarkwesternhills14 #movies #familytime #familyfun
Pretty good on contactless. Not many people working. I think they are not used to even a medium crowd.
Get the cinemark movie club. It saves money, especially when you are always trying to take 6 kids to a movie and be able to afford concession.
Everything was good. This theater has the really good chairs that recline. We rented out a theater room and watched a movie with some family, it was nice to enjoy a movie with everyone.
It was so nice to be back at a movie theater again. They did an excellent job with all of their social distancing and safety signage. Everything looked clean and sanitized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm sure they are just glad to see people coming in again, but it felt very welcoming. Only negative was the group of teenagers sneaking in during the last 5 minutes of the movie being super loud and disruptive. But, that's not the theater's fault and the female staff member who we mentioned it to was extremely apologetic. But again, not their fault. I am definitely excited to go back soon.
It was nice and clean. The theater I was in didn't have stadium seating but I can't say whether other theaters here so or not. The seats were comfortable and the concessions were fresh and priced about average. Plus 6$ for an early bird ticket was nice. Bought my tickets from Fandango and had no issues getting in
Compared to other theaters I've been to, it was nice. The seating was only ground level, so no elevation was my only discomfort. The seats were very comfortable!
Big comfy reclining seats. Great matinee pricing. Have a coffee or a drink from the well stocked concession area.
The theater itself is fine. I took off one star because they charge 3.95 for a 20oz bottle of Dasani water. You can buy a CASE of water for 3.95! I understand they need to upcharge snacks to make the financials work, but I think even making bottles of water $4 is getting a bit extreme
No one at concession at 11: 30. Our movie started at 10: 45, so we could not get refills on anything. No workers to be found anywhere.
Get ticket online is better then waiting in that line. I just wish you could preorder your snacks too and skip the line and pick them up.
The theatre is great but the lines for concessions are always long. I love the recliners, super comfy!
Amazingly comfortable seats, very good service, nice building, and reserved seating, but very expensive, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. I suggest going to the first showing of the day of your movie to get discounted prices, or go on discount Tuesday.
The Cinemark Western Hills theater was easy to find and plenty of parking. We bought our tickets online which made checking in very easy and quick. The staff is friendly and helpful. The reclining seats are so comfy as long as you do not find yourself in a broken one. Which happened to me a couple movies ago.
I used the refill drink and popcorn containers and brought in the wrong year and they honored it with no questions. Great customer service.
Womens rest room was a MESS and there are still bugs flying around in front of usin the theater! Annoying!
This is where i go to see movies! Leather power recliners clean theaters and being a member of the cinemark movie club makes it affordable with 20% discount at counter and free movies every month.
THEY HAVE BED BUGS! And when I told the manager he said that corporate told him to block off that row and continue to let people come into that theatre. He also told me they hadn’t treated for 3 weeks - NASTY.
Came here with my girl's and their cousins and Aunt we saw Wreck it Ralph break's the internet. Love how all movie theater seating is big comfy recliner chair's and how you can pick your own seats. The other thing I enjoyed was they had movie theater snacks and like gas station snacks you could buy also along with adult beverages. My girl's and niece's had fun.
The prices here a around the same as any other cinema the seats are comfortable you have assigned seating and can use the cinemark app to buy them online ahead of time so you dont stand in line.
One thing I would say about the theater is the parking is a little messy, due to the kroger being built. Other then that I love it and reccomend it often.
