Circle K, Parma OH

Middle-aged white guy with grey hair behind the register treating CHILDREN (polite children, I might add) trying to buy snacks like they're an inconvenience, refused to help them figure out how to pay, they left with nothing. He ran the whole store like it was a military base. Tone it down, guy. It's just Circle K.

Older white man with grey hair behind the counter was incredibly, inappropriately mean to children attempting to buy products. He then yelled about them to the next customer and visibly made her uncomfortable. I didn't realize Circle K is a military base and required a sergeant on deck.

Large female cashier ekth black hair grabbed the older mans rear end while he was ringing us out, causing him to drop all of our stuff and ruin our drinks, and exploding a bag of chips. Also ended up with 2 month expired rootbeer. Disgusting conduct to watch from employees during a rush.

Who ever cleans all the coffee machines at the same time on night shift needs to be fired. This place is such a waste of time

I wouldn't even give this a one star. I went in on November 6th at approximately 2: 40 pm and we told the girl at the register that the mountain dew was out in the fountain. She says rudely "I know". There was no sorry for the inconvenience or hey I'm out of that product right now I would have totally understood. I told her I didn't need the attitude from her and she told me to get out and never come back. Totally uncalled for. Will be doing business with Sheetz from now on!

I told another customer be careful there’s a product leaking where she was shopping and I didn’t bother to tell an employee yet because my hands are full so I decided to wait till I got to the register but the lady had told them already…. Off rip the black chubby 4 eyed employee starts blaming me yelling I say nothing till I get to the counter I say “ hey man that wasn’t me but you shouldn’t talk to people like that” he continues to scream and tell me “I can gtfo” so I nicely left told the one really nice tall white female employee out side what happened and she said he will tell the manager…. I hope she’s telling the truth whole experience was horrible and ghetto will be talking to the manager tomorrow on my Karen

The elderly gentleman that took care of us had no personality was kind of cranky. He frustrated easily not very helpful either

I apologize Anthony for calling you not by your name. After some thought and consideration the people working there are doing a fine job, the place was really clean, the gas pump area was super clean. Keep up the good work.

Get some help or get a lottery machine
Waited in line for 25 minutes and the line didn't move
One person doing a whole bunch of lottery transactions and the 2nd cashier finally opened up to a guy who was with his son and he literally kept grabbing one more item and then took them to the register
6 or 7 times and the lottery lady was still there
Sad because I stop there at least 6 times a week
At least I used to until today

I've been to this store several times, they are so slow. They find it more important to stand around behind the counter and gossip and laugh.horrible customer service. Except for one older gentleman thank you sir for your assistance. He's the only reason your store received 2 stars

Your staff has a huge lack in customer service! Cashiers are way to slow and they don't greet any customers! No hello no thank you! 3 in line its time!
There is no reason a person should have to wait in line over 5 minutes because the current customer is buying lottery; all while the other associate is standing there talking without ringing up people. Consistency is key! Black skinny short dude definitely needs a crash course in retail, and how to deal with customers during a rush. I can't imagine the theft or loss this location is experiencing just based on the lack of customer concern. Sheetz is by far so much better and you don't have to tell me (Well go there then) That's exactly where I will be going for now on.

The cashier's are extremely slow and the hispanic guy (I don't know if he's managment or just a cashier as I didn't catch his name) is very rude and nasty. I live just around the corner from there, but I'd much rather take my buisness and money to sheetz. Where it's clean and the staff has a bit more customer service skills!

No selection on roller grill, what is there looks like its been cooking since yesterday. 2 stars only pop machine which is clean and adjusted (pop tastes correct)

Was having trouble with rewards card. The ckerk tried and tried to find out what was wrong but she had no luck. I just got another card and it worked. Workers very friendly and helpful.
