Circle K, Cleveland OH

I’ve been going to this Circle K every morning before work and wanted to give a shout out to Carla!
When she started here a few months ago, she brought a positive energy to the place.
Before her, it was just Get in, Get out.
Now, I enjoy stopping in each morning and it really makes my day with her positive energy and attitude!
Also, she’s a ‘Go Getter’! Always making sure things are stocked when items come in and taking care of the customers at the same time.
You did right by hiring Carla, Circle K. Better take care of her, or you might lose her!

Seems like it never gets better here, now they have customers cleaning up messes. I’ll never be back especially cause the one on LkwdHeghts is close and somewhat better

The most unsanitary, disgusting store I've ever been in, this place is a walking health code violation, not sure how they have not been shut down

Rude and unprofessional-
I’m working in the area doing construction- so I have to find restrooms to go to
while I’m in ANY area.

Asked for the restroom key and this woman w an attitude told me the restrooms don’t open till 12: 30 and to go down the street.
“ denying the restroom cause she don’t want to clean it and do her job”

Asked for a manager- and what do you know.conveniently not in.

Hire better ppl- ones that are happy to have a job and treat other ppl w respect.

Just tried getting my morning breakfast sandwich. Rang up 6 dollars sign said 3 and the lady got mad at me for calling it out

. There is a stuck up thing managing the store named Carla, who seemed to be extremely under the influence of some sort of drug, and absolutely lacked any form of customer service and education. Helping a random man steal while denying already made nachos to someone insisting they must be thrown away as she was short a few cents. She should be fired if for nothing less than her lack of humanity

Don't waste your time on this terrible store their pumps are always broken instead of putting out of order on the pump they just "say it's not my problem". The store usually stinks with inappropriate music blasting.

Wow, this place has really gone down hill. When I first started coming here I was really impressed with the customer service, cleanliness and selection of items. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. The pumps stations are filthy, the garbage cans are constantly overflowing, the ground is gas stained and the pumps always have yellow bags on the nozzles stating they are out of service. On my last visit it was obvious someone had over filled their gas tank because it was all over the ground with floor dry thrown everywhere. It's illegal for employees to clean that up. By law the fire department or by a hazmat team, etc.

Nothing is ever in stock. For a week the coolers had empty shelves. No flavor selections of Monster, limited selection of pop, etc. They never have hot breakfast sandwiches anymore. The staff is not friendly. They make you use self-checkout even when they are standing there on their phone doing nothing. No greeting when you walk in, no thank you when you leave.

I don't know what happened to this place but they need to get it together.

P.s. Power wash your lot. I'm tired of stepping in sticky liquids and gum. It's nasty!
