Horrible, racist service. She is a power hungry, unhappy women who is rude and mean to any children of color.

It's the closest gas station by my home. It's convenient, that's all. It's just another gas station

The young white girl heavy set manager with black hair embarrassed me in front of the whole line the other day when I was buying some things I showed her my military ID and asked for a free coffee she said no and dumped it out and I told her I been coming here for years and said that I never I got denied a free veterans coffee and that all the other Circle K give me one she said well im the manager here and I don't give give veterans free coffee and in a very rude voice. I said you no how much I spend in this Circle K gas station located at lakeshore Blvd in Eastlake ohio 44095. I told her I will never shop here again and you no what she rudely said I could care less if you shop here again and the pepole in line and myself was like how do you treet your elders like that especially a man who fought for your country I will never go there again until she is fired I go to GET GO gas station now where they respect veterans and give us a free coffee I am so sad how she treated me what is America coming to

Do not fill air in your tires here. The machine wasn’t working after I put all my quarters in so I went inside to get my money back and the cashier said “We don’t give money back for that, the machine works when it wants to work. ” So insane to me. They need to get rid of the machine if that’s the case or have a free air machine.

The only reason for 3 stars is because of how great the employees were. For a few years now this location has had issues with the money order machine. Most employees say it's broken and send you elsewhere. Not today, Cindy and Rick helped me with a couple. She went above and beyond to help me today when she could have just sent me on my way. Watching what they have to go through to get that machine going is rediculous and could be fixed with a simple call from corporate office. I realize this isn't a major issue but to deal with it on a constant basis because they don't rate it important is bad management. No matter what the job it should not be met with employees having to deal with broken machines. That's added stress that could be avoided if the corporation care enough about what employees go through on a daily basis. Cindy and Rick we're absolutely amazingly helpful and that's not easy to find. I appreciate that they made my day a little easier. I'll pass their kindness on to the next guy and hopefully it had the same effect on that person's day. Great Job guys.

The place is a dump. Went in the grab some stuff but did not have it. The place is never stocked and the kids that work there are lazy as hell. The fountain drinks have not been cleaned it looked like for hours. I wanted to get some drinks from the fountain but nothing was working. I will start going to speedway and spend my money there. I think its time to close the store down.

The staff has always been very friendly, fast, and efficent. The store is really clean. I have never seen or used the bathroom but I expect they are pretty clean.

Please make sure all customers wear masks when they walk in. Last couple of times I went in the early morning hours it wasn't enforced. A couple customers walked in with out masks. Its mandatory now and should be enforced it shouldnt matter if they don't like.
