Circle K, Youngstown OH

I found that the Store manager to be very rude and didnot appreciate the business that costomers buoght to the store!

There is a little brown haired girl that works there and if you ask her nice she will make out with you in the restroom. I think her name is Mandy

Lived in Youngstown for years never had a problem until today, I go to the store to get air in my tires with my last 2 dollars in change and the air vac machine wouldn't turn on, didn't say out of order either, I go inside and the old lady with glasses tells me I have to call the company on the air machine because it isn't theirs, all for 8 quarters, now my tires are almost flat, thanks circle k. (Also if they aren't going to assist people with the air machine why does it have a whole bunch of huge circle k logos on it and they collect the money for it? Makes zero sense, also the number on the machine was very hard to find!) I won't be going to circle k anymore, especially this one, rude and bad customer service

I love the people who work here at this location. Very friendly staff, very area knowledgeable. If you need directions or need to figure out where to get something, they can point you in the right direction. Everything's always fully stocked, counters are kept clean, trash cans never over flowing. Love that the window washers always have fluid unlike Sheetz!

Place was a mess when I walked in. Went to get a polar pop and some snacks for the night. The lady behind the counter was looking at my directions the entire time I was in the store. She also had her mask below her chin the entire time I was in the store. She was eating yogurt, cheese and even accepted a cig from a customer that entered after me. The two guest that came in after me also didn’t have a mask on. I understand it is 1: 30 at night but COVID is still a thing.

This happen at 1: 30am, 10/17/2020.

Never have I felt so disrespected by just walking into a gas station, I got off work and needed to get drinks smokes for the next day. I work a strenuous job and we aren't required to wear masks, so before entry I lifted my shirt up over my nose. Both times I went in the store and I was standing in line they made it a scene to make it known i needed a mask. Im recommended to wear a mask and i won't be disrespected as a customer for my life choices. I was even polite enough to pull my shirt up because I DIDNT HAVE MY MASK WITH ME. They were rude and their actions were completely uncalled for. Im pretty sure the one clerk was high or something because it took her 6 times to find my smokes when I told her directly what they were 6 times over and over. She kept coming back with the wrong ones, in a way I felt was intentional. Regardless youll get what you give and I was given attitude at 1: 30 am and also around 4 am. I hope their actions have repercussions to teach them how to talk with future customers.
