Circle K, Middlefield OH

I can't believe the food. It looks like it's set all day no matter what time I come in. They make u use self check out while they are right there. If I'm going to do their job then I better get paid. Worst thing they ever did putting in self check out. These stores have gone to hell. The attitudes are horrible. Good luck! I won't be back.

I've been going to the store for 12 years, I asked where I check out since I redesigned it and the woman said here use this, Which was the self check out. This repeatedly happened to me at a lot of different stores, And when I tell them I don't want to use them they become indignant.

I don't see why with 3 employees the make use self check out what are the employees getting paid to do

Great please very clean and friendly staff. Anytime I'm in Middlefield it's my go to gas station and convenient store.

Clerk clearly hates his life and takes it out on customers. They also force people to use the not smart self checkout even the Amish who are Religiously against over relying on tech can you say next oppressed minority by greedy company

The bathrooms here are extremely nasty! It smelled terrible there's toiletpaper in the corners and the sink didn't work so I couldn't wash my hands

It’s pretty sad that without warning the polar pop price went up to $2 and sip n save jumped to $9.99; manager Jen HAS TO let customers know about price increase or she’s going to lose more customers

The coffee and sandwiches for breakfast are only bettered by the friendly folks making them. Great local EVERY-DAY STOP. FREE COFFEE every morning for 5.99/month.beat THAT deal at Starchucks. Thanks!

This location is by far the worse one. The employees are not friendly, most of them do not want to do there job. Most of the time there isn't any grab and go food.
How can this place stay open?
Good thing that there's another store in town that we all can go too.

Never can understand how a manager doesn’t keep popular food in stock, never enforces the staff to keep the store clean, encourages her assistant manager to put Coca Cola in place of diet Coca Cola you know so diabetics can have some pop as well; how this manager ever got hired is beyond me, whomever it was maybe him/herself needs to be re-examined for their own position within the company

I have spent $12 in 2 months for the sip and save deal and have been able to use it only 5 times. I don’t drink hot drinks but I do like a cold pop. What is so difficult to keep your polar pop working? I mean, seriously. This is the most frustrating and a waste of money. I will never pay for sip and save ever again. Period.
