Circle K, Toledo OH

15 minutes in line with 2 people ahead of me. Self checkout not working, as usual. Cashier Cindy is si slow and rude

What is going on here!? ! This used to be the circle k to stop at, but not anymore!

Why is your pop machine always down?
Why has a box been sitting next to the grill for like 2 months?
Why has the old grill not been fixed yet?
Why can't anyone ever help when long lines are formed?

Just because y'all work near heroin alley, doesn't mean you need to work with that mindset. Wake up Toledo, do better!

Polar pop machine is down for months at a time, roller grill and pizza haven't been a rhing in a few months. Haven't had hot coffee in 3+ years management sucks. The people who work there are awesome though.

They place was very clean. Also, I love that they are up to date on the checkout process. Live the auto scan features and the tap n pay

WHY is there always multiple staff members behind the counter but only the self scan is available? & why does the staff have to help with EVERY self scan? Self scan is supposed to be quick and efficient, not creating lines longer than the store! If it’s not quick and efficient, the staff should be checking people out at the actual registers instead of standing behind the counter staring at a long line of people? If someone’s doing lottery, WHY is it at self scan and no one else can check out? This has been going on for months now, y’all need to get it together fr.

Circle K is always my go too! Also it has nothing to do with it being so close to my house.

So apparently employees are forced to make customers use self checkout! Which causes more of a hassle on certain things. Circle just treat and pay your employees probably won’t have a issue with employees…My business going with Speedway and

I had the worst experience ever here and I love circle k I go to the one on secor and the on on tramainsville and I alway have no problem I would give both those stars 5 states but this one look like no one has stocked anything for a minute Same old dates on everything and not a good Selection it needs to be restocked and the older lady at the register was so rude she told my father he could not buy the alcohol beverage He wanted cuz every one in my party was not over the age of 21 and to be clear my the person buying it was over 40 years of age but agin no one under age was buying the alcohol or drinking and we even had our own drinks that we placed on the counter we did not place the alcoholic beverages on the counter my father did he was juts buying our drinks for us cuz he didn’t want us to send our own money so I dint under stand the problem and I’ve been to other places and I’ve had no problem if that is the case and the new rule then no one should be able to buy tobacco products with not checking everybody else’s ID if your going to do the same with with alcohol she told us we were putting her job and risk and that she could get fired i respect that but being rude and telling us she can’t sever us anymore is ridiculous this is unfair and uncalled for she lost his money and mine I won’t be back and she was just being mean to be mean because I went to the Sunoco down the street and had no problem and I’ve been to other Circle K‘s and had no problem uncalled for and I get my father was rude but he would have not been if if she just would’ve just not give us attitude off the start and did there job properly like every other circle K and Sunoco I wanted to start becoming a frequent customer at the secret Circle K because I just moved into the area but you have lost my business because of her even the person behind me thought it was outrageous

They NEVER answer the phone! Like people WITHOUT vehicle want to just walk up there to find out what they wanted to know.

This is a very basic Circle K. Absolutely nothing special about it. It is slightly cleaner than the one located on Berdan.
