9Prices are great. NO carts No baskets. You can only carry so much in your arms. Love the store. But please get some carts or baskets to put items in. Would shop more arms can't do it.
The one on Byrne is always clean and organized and workers always friendly as u walk in and out service quick go every chance I get
I didn't get greeted. When I paid the lady took my items rung them up, placed them in the bag, gave me my total I paid. She moved on to the next customer it wasn't busy. I picked and chose who to speak with not customer service driven whatsoever. You never know who you encounter.
I thoroughly enjoyed shopping over at Citi Trends. It is an extraordinary store that has some reasonably priced items. I particularly liked the jewelry that they had their the women's necklaces and I like some of the women shorts and top sets. I would recommend anybody that likes nice outfits and jewelry and shoes at a very reasonable price to go to Citi Trends located on the corner of South Byrne and Glendale Avenue in Toledo Ohio. It's in the old Southland Shopping Center. In the photo below are just a few of the items that I got at Citi Trends.
This is the cleanest store I been in ever so neat and organized yesss and they have way different stuff then the one out in manhattan plaza the clothes everything is different I love it

First was my first time and my last time in this store. We walked in and it looked like the store had been ransacked? The employee, although I could not see her greeted us from somewhere, but still did not see her the 5 minutes we werebin the store. Good just good things about there products and low prices but it was not worth the trip because it was difficult to find anything
