10Will never return to this location ever again very poorly ran, hours on store are wrong unless their closing when there not suspose to. Thanks for nothing.
Nice selection of clothing, store was clean and organized but a few staff members (not all) customer service was a bit ghetto, unprofessional and rude.
Very friendly staff at both locations. The manhattan location employees were very helpful in helping me pick shoes for an outfit I was purchasing. Some of the t-shirts ran small. The fitting rooms were closed down still due to Covid-19 but, I will definitely be back.
It's hard shopping for my 6 ft 1 16 year old but we always find something at this Citi Trends thank God LOL I love this location and the staff is always so helpful and friendly.

Kids Shoes were stickered at 14.99 and at the register she changed the price saying it was 19.99. I don’t tag the merchandise. If it’s marked for that amount that’s what you sell it to the customer for. Horrible customer service. Will never return. It’s not like it was one pair marked wrong. Multiple pair was marked at 14.99. Didn’t even communicate with me that she was changing the prices. I had to ask.
Boxes and product everywhere so there isn’t a clear walking space. Limited buggies. Limited selections. Anytime I go to this location I spend a decent amount of money. Customer lost.
They have Way to much Stuff/Merchandise Packed in those Aisles its hard to look for Anything an some of those Workers have Attitudes an are just Rude!
Most definitely my Sons and Husband's favorite go to! They are tall so the fashion be on point. Styles, brand name and quality matters a d that's why we choose Citi Trends for the family trends
It's been awhile since shopping at this place. I missed going there. I found items that were reasonably inexpensive. I just love CitiTrends.
Truly the best bargens the Ghost can find and not only that with the wide veriety of styles it lets you customize your gear. As a designer I came to this place and saw many ways to engance their vrands logos and anything they had to offer Girls and Boys enjoy your summer makibg this store your own.
