They are unable to handle money properly. The literal one job they are supposed to excel at. Teller messed up. Depositing money back into the same account, instead of checking and results in overdraft. Following this, overdraft fees, and they borrowed on a line of credit and charged interest. Their customer service, especially Ashley the branch manager there, is terrible. Despite all of this, closing out the account. If you want a good bank, don’t bank here. Had to call up the chain to corporate to get everything fixed.

I used to have great service with this bank when I opened my account. Just seems like they can care less about their customers anymore. They are really not helpful with anything if you are a business. Just really disappointed.

I’m in the process of buying a new car and I had to get a cashiers check? I didn’t even know what that was, and it was for a lot of money so I was a little nervous from the get go. On top of that, I lost my debit card, I had checks that needed to be deposited, money transferred from one account to another… I was prepared to be there for awhile. Payton helped me out and made the experience not only super smooth, but super fast too! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, and I didn’t even have to wait for the new card to come in the mail. Everyone was very friendly and the free candy iced the cake!
