I moved to Akron a few months ago and I’ve had to call the Utilities business office quite a few times for various questions. Every single person I’ve spoken to has been exceptionally kind and polite - so much so that it has surprised me. It’s honestly kind of unusual to have people on the phone who are so happy to help and seem happy at their jobs! Thank you!
Paying Bills is never fun, but I want to thank the caring and professionalism of Nicholas on desk 10, Karen the meter shop master, mike the field guy, and others that really helped when I needed them.
All of the employee reviews on here are just to try and make their poor rating a bit more palatable. Trick no good.
Very poor service. No communication. No response to emails. Lazy people just there to collect a check.
