Absolute liars or full of people that have no idea about digital banking. Do not use this bank for anything. They do nothing to protect your information.

Do not use this bank for any needs at all, they lie and are cluless on digital banking are rude to customers who are trying to dispute a charge and will deny you a dispute because they lack knowledge of digital banking, as you vsn sre with other revirws stay far aeay from any branch of this bank no matter where they are.

Couldn’t be less helpful in getting in my refund to me. DIRECTLY FROM THE IRS, this is where my refund is being held, not SBTPG as they like to claim

The staff is so kind and helpful and you don't have to wait long to be taken care of. THEY ARE AWESOME!

This place has kept my federal return for over a year they keep lying saying they sent it back to the irs and they provided a fake lead number! I have no choice left but to take legal action! It’s going on two years they have stolen my hard earned tax money!

YIKES. I called to see how well they treated existing customers. I don't even go to this bank and I found that I was waiting to talk to someone for 20 minutes, I ended up hanging up. You lost a potential customer because of your inadequate customer service and inability to tend to existing customers.

Absolute worst customer service. The lady who answered my call couldn't give me any answers about my account with them. I've been trying to get a refund from them for over a year and after them telling me to call each month for an update my information has just disappeared. They owe me a big amount and whenever I call they now hang up on me. Super unprofessional, rude and frustrating to talk with the lady that answers.
