8I read the reviews so I didn’t show up early for my appointment. That being said, I arrived at 09: 45 for a 10: 00 appointment. I was immediately put in a dock and loaded within 15 minutes. In and out! I have no complaints. 5 stars.
This is worst facility ever, I checked in 11: 00 am and now it’s 3: 25, I am still there not even assigned a dock door, worst and disrespectful people.
Fellow drivers if you come here is like if you are a Ukrainian citizen and you were told to pick up goods from Russia!

Zero stars. Never again will I pick up your product yall are very unpleasant and unprofessional by far the worst place I've ever seen or been to. Tell your yard driver and the guy in the gray Ford f150 nice try.and calling me telling me they would load me shortly and then change my appointment to 11pm when I checked in at 11am and the load was ready
Don’t come guys this is not good people and even good place my appt was 7: 00 am checked 6: 30 they said we will call u, left just it’s 13: 00 these guys are rude people
First time here to pickup and my appointment was at 6pm I arrived early at 12: 45 and I got lucky the load was ready to go I was in and out of the dock in under 30 minutes. They do go by appointments but if you arrive early they will let you park onsite till the load is ready and well allow you to park for your 10 hour break if you need too

She informed me unprofessional,
I quote, we don't need you, it's Friday
There were two sign in after me to the same destination Chillicothe oh
I will remember!
I drove 130 miles and came here to pick up load for byhalia ms but they said no load my load already shipped 3 days ago so plz call here before you come
They go by appointments. Usually they will serve your business needs promptly. It would be nice to have clearly posted sign with business name so deliveries wouldn't loose precious time. 4 stars for that reason only.
