Claremont Veterinary Clinic, Ashland OH

So far, our cat Coco has been taken great care if and the staff at Claremont Vet Clinic has been super helpful! Glad to have them here in Ashland!

Do not take your pets here. Their life depends on it. One spay. Next week, a hernia, the following week, a third surgery to repair everything again after she was neglected over the weekend stay. The wound was not kept clean. She was returned to me in the most disgusting manner I’ve ever seen. I hope my hell is a one off situation. My dog will never set foot in that facility again. I’m furious.

I only went to pick up meds for my dog but the service was pretty fast even though they were very busy!

I waited for an hour past my appointment time for an emergency appointment because my animal is very sick. My cat was only in the examination room for 5 minutes. I sat in my car with the paper work for 30 mins. I had to call and complain for my cat to be seen. I was VERY UNSATISFIED!

I am really not sure what they did to my little Snowball? They did not give me a paper on what they did to him they said they gave him a shot, a shot of what? But they did give me a receipt where I gave them a 100.00

Waited 1/2 hour past our appointment time for an emergency appointment. This is absolutely terrible customer service here.

Very nice and caring staff! They seem to understand that our pets are our family members to! Thank you for taking good care of my baby!

Dr. Kaser was my Vet for 11 yrs and he also put Fuji to sleep. He could no longer could walk on his back legs. There isn't a better vet then him. Everyone out there is friendly.

The facility is nothing to get excited over, it's old and seen alot good and bad over the years, but the owner and his daughter who run the clinic are about the best as it can be, especially for Ashland. Numerous times I've taken animals in that I was concerned about and was told I didn't owe them. I haven't done business with other vets in ashland but I would find it hard to believe you could find better or at a lower price.

When someone is taking care of your pet you want to know if they love animals. The people at Claremont clinic do.

I am about to lose my dog because of an oral tumor I brought to their attention over a year ago that they disregarded and said was nothing to worry about. This is not the place many remember from years ago. I won't say any more because my anger would probably make me say too much. My personal suggestion is go elsewhere.

Great super friendly service. Understood my feelings and concerns. Took wonderful care of my fur baby! I highly recommend them.

We started bringing our pups here about a year ago and we are loving it they really are that great. They do it all and with a smile and love for your pets. We had to board our one pup and they were spot on with her. The prices here are the best as well so if you’re looking for a place that will treat your pets with the same love that you have for them and for a great price look no further because they have you covered. Thank you Claremont veterinary clinic keep doing what you’re doing because the love shows.

Very caring and kind. They have always cared for my pets with the most love and concern. We are very grateful for Dr Kaeser, Dr K LaFever and the wonderful staff!

The Doctor was very knowledgeable and took amazing care of my dog in a quick visit. I got a diagnosis and treatment plan, low cost and wonderfully friendly staff. So happy to have such a good vet so close to home.

Doc has always made our pets his number one priority. He gives as many options as possible and suggests what he would do if it was his little family member while understanding some options are expensive. My German Shepherd wouldn't eat and was sick (at both ends) for over a week. He had it pinpointed to two possible illnesses. After two antibiotics, me shepherd is back to her normal self. The staff is always nice and informative as well.

So compassionate and respectful! Love the veterinarians and their old school/new school approach. Prices are very reasonable.

Staff is great and reasonably priced. They were super helpful and compassionate when my dog was diagnosed with lymphoma.

They took us in immediately and the service was very professional and our dog got excellent care.

Took my kitten in to have a stubborn stitch removed from eye surgery, but the nice vet had worse vision than my one eyed cat! He tried to tell me there wasn't any stitches remaining. After asking for a second opinion from another vet he reluctantly started to feel for the stitch. It was not fun to watch, but after a couple grasps at the air he managed to snag the stitch. It's a great affordable facility, but bed side manner could be a lot better.
