Clark County Juvenile Court, Springfield OH

I'm appalled by some of the courts decisions. I was part of one several yrs ago. The judge signed an emergency removal from the mother to a man that was not on the birth certificate or taken a paternity test. He could easily have given them to a pedifile. Turns out they were his. Since the kids have been with their mom. The one he said was so bad. She passed all her drug test. Funny his was taken at a different place. He admitted he made it all up because she wouldn't do what he said. This my friends is how a educated judge ruled. Based on lies and no proof. Be careful it can happen to you. It actually has to others.
