I stopped into Clarkson Eyecare to pick out new glasses. I wasn’t sure what my vision insurance was but Megan was very helpful when it came to locating my vision insurance & with helping me pick out glasses. The office was very fun and laid back. I’ll be back in the future!

Everyone in this office is so personable. Annette works with me every time I go in and is great about talking you through everything. Dr. Mary Curtis was great today and I could say the same for the other doctors I’ve seen. Prompt service, quality products, great people.

Recently stopped in with a contact issue and Megan was so helpful! She got everything taken care of quickly, and was so kind to my girls. Huge help! Thank you Megan!

My family has been going to this eye care place for 26 plus years. There is an employee (Megan Rausch) who is heartless, rude, unprofessional, and a hater to my daughter for 18 years. Plus, when she was a receptionist, she refused to speak with our family. Never will recommend this care center to anyone.

Went in with an infection in my right eye, after two weeks of treatment today I was able to get my exam and contacts. Whole staff including both doctors I saw extremely professional. Would recommend them to anyone needing vision correction/care.

I am the one "customer" who needs a LARGE amount of time to choose frames. The ladies are ALWAYS on top of the game when it comes to helping me. I step through the door, they immediately know whats about to go down. They are fantastic helpers and overall super sweet and gentle.

Megan Rausch is like a ray of sunshine in your day. She’s knowledgeable about the glasses selection and will have you looking your best!

If I could give them a zero star rating, I would. It took 11 months for me to get glasses. Its not the delays that bothered me soo much. Its the complete lack of communication. I have trusted them with my vision for quite a few years. That's over. Normal turn around historically was about two weeks. I placed an order then stopped in about two months into waiting, I get oh, we are having issues with our vendors. After the six month mark I stop back, I get, those frames have been discontinued. I pick others and wait. About two months later I stop back as my wife had an appointment there and inquire again, I get oh we need an additional form. I get form and return it. 11 months almost to the day I get a phone call.your glasses are in. Seriously, would it kill you to pick up the phone and let customers know whats going on? Last week they call and want me to schedule an appointment to get my eyes checked. PLEASE! I hate for any business to fail, do better or i fear that is going to be the result.
