The staff is the nicest, most knowledgeable, and professional ever. Nice variety of glasses to choose from. Would give 5 stars but instead of my promised 2 weeks to get my new glasses it took almost 3 weeks. But glasses were a perfect fit and a perfect prescription. I can now see so much better!

Matthew Howell is an awesome, thorough and knowledgeable optomologist. The staff are helpful, and much improved in organization.

I have gone to them for years. Their staff is top notch. The eye doc gives a thorough exam and explanation. The ladies running the store are super friendly and very knowledgeable also. The whole place is just outstanding!

Dr Howell and his staff are very nice. I had an eye issue last year that Dr. Howell spent a lot of time trying to help me resolve. He was patient, explained everything to me and took time to answer my questions. Now I reurn annually and appreciate his friendly staff.

Excellent Eye care. Generally I am not one that enjoys having my eyes tested but Clarkson eye doctors make it very comfortable.
And when purchasing frames and lenses the staff there are wonderful they work to get exactly what you need.

Everyone was very friendly, personable and eager to help. After receiving the glasses I picked out I really didn’t like them. Teena went beyond the call of duty to find me a pair of glasses she thought I would like and ordered two more samples and even brought in a pair of her own glasses for me to see. She was amazing, she gets A+ in customer service. I totally recommend Clarkson Eye Care in Cherry Grove.

Dr. Howell is extremely knowlegable, personable and patient with patients. He always give good clear directions/advise and never tries to push purchase of unnecessary glasses. Leaves any necessary decisions up to the patient. My whole family uses Dr. Howell.

Dr Howell is the absolute best! I recommend him to everyone every chance I get. He is very thorough and makes sure all my questions and concerns are answered. I adamantly believe he saved my sight when I got shingles in my eye. He saw me first thing that morning and when I was having issues later in the day, he advised me to go to the ER. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of at the hospital. I could go on and on. I will be a patient for life.

Dr. Howe was very pleasant and patient. I appreciated how he explained every step in the eye exam process as he went along. Also brought my pre-teen for an exam a few days later, and he was great with her as well. The gentleman that assisted with our frame selection/purchase was also very nice and pleasant to work with.
