Overall I had a great experience but this one lady in particular Cora I believe her name is very rude is all I going to say. This business is highly recommended. Kasdiah was a great help very polite and sweet

The doctor was nice and thorough. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The staff and the Doctor were amazing with my daughter at her first eye exam! She was nervous about needing glasses and they were so great to get the entire way through the process! My only frustration is that I had forgotten my card and let them know I would be back there next day (Friday) to order the glasses, they said ok and when I did come by the next day the office was closed. It was a normal day off for the office and they didn't get let me know.

My wife and I both had a wonderful and stress free experience at the Western Hills Clarkson Eyecare location. Everyone was helpful and professional and Dr. McCain took her time with us and explained everything in detail. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

My eyes were very sick. The doctor expertly diagnosed me, prescribed the best meds and my eyes are doing better all ready! She was very nice, and I am looking forward to my follow up appointment!

Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. There was an issue due to computer reboots but they didn't miss a beat.

Outstanding service by Dr. Madeleine McBain and her staff. Everyone was so nice and professional. Kedisha took great care of the previsit. Dr. McBain took her time and explained everything is layman’s terms. I will definitely be back for my annual exam.

First visit here, they were extremely prompt, I was in and out in no time. The tech was so sweet and Dr. Mcbain was so nice.

I think the staff is very friendly; the only downside is that new lenses are extremely expensive.

It was my 1st time eye exam at Clarkson Eyecare and I was pleasantly pleased with the service that I received.

Staff was friendly, but I feel I was not informed of my costs until during the appointment and during selection of frames, so my out-of-pocket cost was over $250 when I expected to spend less than $100. They pre-scheduled an appointment for 1 year later which I found out by automated text. When I canceled the appointment I keep getting phone calls and mail saying I should schedule that I do not want to receive. I will get my next exam elsewhere.

Beautiful environment, best customer service and the teamwork is phenomenal. The doctor is very kind and accurate. I recommend this place, the lady who does your eye fitting is for the people. She saved me a lot of money.
