The ladies at Clarkson are amazing. I was treated with care and empathy. Julie Boyce, OD took her time with me, she educated me and corrected my routine. I enjoyed my visit to Clarkson Eyecare and will recommend everyone I know.

Always the best experience. I went in and wasn't sure if the glasses style I was looking for were there, and I shared that with the team. She spent over 30 minutes helping me try pair on, adjusting them, giving me her thoughts, and then getting me the cheapy price she could. She even adjusted my current pair so they aren't crooked anymore!

The exam was also great. Quick and to the point (because of covid) but also thorough. He was witty and fun and incredibly kind. The person who did all the pretests was awesome and I loved her (and she was so patient with me when I flinched every single time they checked my eye with various tools).

I won't go anywhere else. Full stop.

I was really in a rush, and I was able to get on the schedule the same day, which is almost never for eye Care. The staff at the front were polite and very efficient. The Optometrist was very friendly and quite thorough. The Optician is warm and friendly. Initially, I felt lucky to just get in the door on the same day, but at the end, I have to say the wonderful patient experience is the real lucky part. I will stick with this location for my eye care and recommend my friends as well

My eye exam went very well. I had an early appointment and everyone there was ready to help with their part. Purchasing my glasses was also very easy and they were eager to help me with pricing.

Dr. Boyce was great, super kind and friendly, and the staff at this location is fantastic! They were all very personable and great to work with, and very helpful!

My experience was rocky at best with my first interaction with the store manager. But the follow up from the district manager was fantastic and prompt. She listened, understood, and even explained a few things to help me. Because of her and the way she handled things I will be back!

I saw Dr. Baik for the first time and he was phenomenal. Quick, efficient, helpful and responsive to my questions. The whole staff was great too. Will definitely be returning!

13min late due to weather and traffic and parking. They wouldn't see me. Never liked that place anyways. Cold corporate sterile. Poor selection of frames. Lady at desk didn't seem to care at all I'd driven all this way for nothing. They lost a customer today.

Had my first visit on Saturday. Great experience overall. Will definitely be returning to this location for all of my future vision needs.

I have been here twice for eye exams and glasses. So far Dr. Boyce and her crew do a good job. No complaints!

All of the ladies were professional, yet had a sense of humor.and got me in and out very quickly. It was by far the best eye exam I've ever had.
