Sales manager zach is completely rude and disrespectful. Apparently a 2016 dodge charger with absolutely nothing wrong with it is junk and is a waste of there time. Do better classic and find a better sales manager that isn't rude and wont answer your questions.

Came in to look for a trade in for my jeep for a better family car thom came out right immediately asked how my day was going and what I was coming in for then we got the process of starting to trade car in and the car I got they did not have on lot personally drove to another dealership and brought it back in top shape and also filled the tank let us take a test drive talked about personal stuff all around a very nice guy highly recommend him if you ever buy from here

Was highly dissatisfied with the costumer service in the service area. The girl behind the desk setting up appointments should have even a little bit of automotive knowledge. Receiving "good evening" text messages at 10: 30 am doesn't fill me with confidence. I took it there to have the service lights taken care of. They attempted to give me back my vehicle with a service light still on, and then tried to skurry away as if I didn't see them try to clear it while bringing the vehicle to me. Ok, now they are going to keep it again, and look into it. Fast forward to final pick up, and being told it was ready for pick up, I get there to pay and receive my vehicle, they still haven't done any of the paperwork. And warn me that if my abs light comes on to bring it in and they will look at it. Ok, now I'm in shock, cause there wasn't an abs light on when I dropped it off. "She said you mentioned that abs light"
I never mentioned abs, not once.
Had she taken notes while I was telling her what I wanted, this wouldn't be an issue.
When cars can cost upwards of a small house note, having competent people work on your vehicle is a must. The lack of respect, knowledge, and concern for other people property is disheartening. I hope you don't get treated the way you treated us, and just pass it to someone else.

Great experience. Thomas in the sales department didn't push anything onto me that I didn't want, and found vehicles that met my requirements quickly and efficiently. A headlight that they and I didn't notice was damaged is being fixed for free. I'm very happy with my purchase. I recommend anyone to goto this facility and work with Thomas to find the car you want.
