The staff is friendly and inviting. The location could maybe use some natural elements, like poted plants, just to curb the fact that it is a parking lot location. The custard was yum.
Ice cream was good but the lady messed up our order then blamed our kids.
Not sure what happened.there’s a older lady with glasses who is very sweet who works there every time I’m there. Today, A black haired lady messed up my 3 year olds ice cream by not putting syrup on it. Let alone, she gave me my ice cream first when everyone knows your always supposed to get the kids out the way first before the adults. So then my daughter was upset because she didn’t have one. I get my daughters ice cream I had to wait for it just for it to be melted when handed out the window like it was already ready and just not handed it out when it should’ve been. Unacceptable experience. Then when I corrected her mistake on the chocolate syrup, she said I didn’t say it when I did. The attitude was there and was just unacceptable. Then she goes on to say. 75 cent up charge for syrup which is insane because I was just there three days ago same order with chocolate syrup, and it was still 7.75.7.75 today with no syrup. Not sure what happened this go round.
Said they were open till 10, we got there at 9: 20 and it was closed. Lazy bums
Family owned and family ran business still on the Euclid neighborhood! Delicious ice creams, floats, sherberts, you name it, and they probably have it. Come and get some delicious treats!
The ice cream is really good compared to other places. Also the prices are reasonable. This will be our go to spot for ice cream now instead of fast food.
