Classic Hyundai, Mentor OH

Had a great experience at Classic Hyundai. I leased with Toyota for nine years but was not happy with what they were willing to offer me on my next lease. I went to Subaru, Nissan, and Ford before going to Hyundai. Classic Hyundai offered a great quote on a lease and went in for a test drive. I worked with Max and I was able to get the car I wanted for the price I wanted. He was honest and professional and great to work with. Max went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Max and Classic Hyundai.

I was delighted with the product (Elantra GT Sport) and my salesperson's (Jaime Oschip) professionalism and good humor. She made the car buying experience as painless as possible and I am really enjoying my new ride!

We bought a car here this year and everything was just OK except that our sales person told us they shopped 30+ banks to get lowest rate and said they often ended up with Keybank. They came back with a 6.25% loan from Keybank which lead us to believe they only asked Keybank as going rates are in the 4% range, especially since both my wife and I have 720 and 800 credit scores. So we felt like we'd been had. The only reason we ended up here is because they had the car we wanted (which wasn't even a Hyundai).

I leased a 2018 Tucson. My salesman Eric Lynch was polite, thorough and knew all the details of the SUV. He went out of his way to show me all the new apps to make my driving experience enjoyable. Everyone at Classic Hyundai went out of their way to make me feel comfortable while I waited for Eric to finish up with another customer. This experience confirmed my decision to lease from Classic in the future.

Exceptional service dept.and dealership as a whole. Will definitely purchase my next Santa Fe from Classic. Sales associates are very friendly, laid back, and NEVER pushy or aggressive. Every service I've had performed on my truck is done expeditiously, usually taking substantially less time than estimated. Granted I usually get a loaner while my truck is up on the rack, but quite honestly, I absolutely hate driving other vehicles, especially smaller cars, any more. My Santa Fe is an extension of myself, and no car has the same "fit" like my Santa Fe fits me and my personality.

Jamie and the entire Hyundai staff helped me out tremendously as well as not putting any pressure on me at all. I would absolutely recommend you deal with her and if not go to this dealership; from receptionist to manager they are great.

We were just going to get a price and test drive the new Kona. Was not pressured into anything by the sales rep. Jamie O. She talked to us and explained everything. I wanted to wait until next year when my lease with Toyota was up, but the way they worked the numbers. I left with two vehicles! My monthly payment only increased $45. Mostly due to having two new cars and the insurance! Lovely experience!

Car shopping is not my favorite activity. James and the others at Classic Hyundai were great to work with. He listened to my needs and wants and delivered.

Classic Hyundai in Mentor is fabulous. We've leased our last 5 vehicles there, and it's not just because we like Hyundai cars and SUVs; it's because of the fabulous people at Classic. John has sold us two cars, and he is super. Where else can you find people who say, "If you can't figure this out, let me know and I'll come and help you with it"? Wow!

My salesman John Rancourt was great! He was very personable, funny and honest. The financing department was really quick! Looked at the car I liked, test drove it and was on the road with my new vehicle 1 hour later! AWESOME! If you don't want to spend all day buying a car, go to Classic Hyundai and ask for John Rancourt!

Just leased my first Hyundai from Classic Hyundai and was very impressed, to say the least. I worked with Matt Miller online and by email to work out all the pricing. When I came in for a test drive on short notice, he had the Kona literally sitting right out front for me. I've gone to other luxury car dealers where I've had an appointment for a test drive, only to get there and the car is still covered in ice, plastic still all over the interior, and you have to wait 30 mins for them to even bring the car around front. Not here! I also worked with Jamie Oschip who went out of her way for me to provide to good service. She went over everything with me, showing how all the tech options worked. And lastly, Brianna in Finance was very friendly and was very efficient and respectful of my time. All in all, the whole process was fast and easy. I plan to bring my car here for service as well!
