This is by far the best Mazda dealership in Northeast Ohio. The service department is the best They replaced my wheel bearing and the car runs great.

I took my 18 year old daughter to Classic Mazda to buy her first car. Blanca Dario was just plain wonderful to work with! She was very professional and explained the entire buying process to her. Blanca went above and beyond to help her purchase this vehicle and stayed in contact with us every step of the way.

I would highly recommend working with Blanca if you are searching for a car. I thought going to a big dealership like Classic would be intimidating, especially for a first time buyer. I’m so glad we went there. And my daughter couldn’t be happier!

Was told that the tire well molding would cost $275 for a used one. I called Classic Mazda and they sold me a brand new one for $104.

We purchased the Mazda CX-5 from Classic Mazda Westside. Patrick Lauriano was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. The receptionist greeted us with a lovely smile and the finance manager was very thorough with the finance details. It was a pleasure to do business with Patrick and Classic Mazda.

Wonderful experience. Large dealership that had the elusive Mazda hatchback manual on site. Drove up to Cleveland to test drive it and met with Mike Venditti. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful. Half an hour later I bought it. Drove back up there a couple of days later to sign the paperwork, and an hour later I was done. Every I met there was very friendly and nice. The process, as always with Mazda, was quick and easy. They even gave me a fair price for my trade in that they had to tow. Very pleased.

I had such a decent experience. Patrick did excellent all he can, fantastic job sir, except few disappointments i listed below.

Mike V was awesome! He was not a typical pushy car salesman. I first contacted him by email a few months ago when I just was starting to look but then the crazy interest rates made me step back and Mike was very respectful of that unlike other dealerships who continued to email and call and text. So when I was ready to finally purchase I knew I was going right to Mike. The process was was smooth and easy! And I love love love my new Mazda! It’s a dream! Will definitely send all my friends and family there if they need a new car!

I cannot say enough good things about Mazda Classic Westside in Brook Park. My car malfunctioned recently (all the lights came on, the power steering gave, etc.) and no one could find the problem. Then, I went to Mazda. They were incredibly kind and reassuring. They found the problem right away - my car's "brain" computer had been damaged in an accident a year ago, but no one saw the damage (it was body work only). The mechanics at Mazda actually video tape the inspection of your car, so you see what they see. They walk you through the process step by step, and you actually *learn* how your car works and what it needs. It was going to be an expensive repair (around $2,500). However, they were able to work with my insurance (Geico) and prove it was accident related (using their own videos), so the damage was 100% covered by insurance! So, shout out to Jessica and the Classic Mazda team - I'd given them 12 stars if I could.

I want to thank Mike Venditti for a hassle free experience with buying my CX 9 recently. He made buying the car very easy, explaining all options and warranties. I have also recommended other family members to Mike and the people at Classic Mazda Westside for their purchase. Thank you Mike!
