Classic Tent & Party Rental, Boardman OH

It’s 4 days after our event and I’ve called twice to have the tent, tables and chairs picked up. We can’t use our garage. Our initial deposit was misplaced, they did find it, women on the phone and in the office were not nice. It’s unfortunate. We used them twice in 6 months. Both times we had poor customer service.

Rented tables and linens for our wedding and we couldn't get a time for when they were delivering no matter how many times we called. We had to rush around to get there because they called when they were finally on the way to the venue. The front desk lady was very rude and unprofessional and even laughed when I told her how much this was an inconvenience to us.

The lady I talked to on the phone was less than helpful. I called to check on a date and order chairs and tables. She was going to get back with me when she found out more info on the date. She didn’t return my call to tell me that they were all booked up. She was very short with me on the phone. No worries I went somewhere else.
