We worked with Captain Clayton aka Aaron Johnson to find and create our Clayton home. Working with Aaron was like working with a new best friend. He was caring, understanding, and incredibly patient throughout every step of the process. He worked incredibly efficiently and kindly checked in on us many times. We love our house and are so thankful Aaron was able to accomplish our goal to own a Clayton home with us. Thank you Captain Clayton!

ARBITRATION LITIGATION, those are the words that you need to know first. Second they stole my trailer tongue and tires! The trailer tongue and tires are part of my home but yet they took them! Making it impossible for me to move my modular if I wanted to! That is theft! I Have rated before. Wish I could give 0 stars or even a negative 4. My house begin to fall apart immediately here I am three years into my warranty and they’re already trying to send me off to my extended insurance to make a claim They do not disclose that you have to go through arbitration litigation to get anything back out of them especially if your having a problem with their company they do not do everything that they promised they’re going to do I’m still waiting on a sidewalk they never replaced my electric pole that I paid for I now have a pool that is leaning into my driveway that must be replaced before it falls and I have no electric to my home I have water damage my home is unlevel after they’ve already came back and tried to level it to her three times it’s a disaster do not waste your time or your money with this company they will screw you over in a heartbeat once they get their money you mean nothing to them.so it's been 6 years and I called them.to see about an upgrade since my family has grown and they told me that I should look for another company for they no longer want to do business with me. Lmao what a joke.please do your research and read all reviews.update: 7 years later. This home is costing us money every year to keep it livable, the trim on every wall has now come off, the doors and frames need replaced, it's almost impossible to keep the place warm in the winter. The bathe tub nobs have all broke, one of the bathroom sinks has had to be replaced the kitchen sinks leaks into a bucket until I can afford to replace, we have had to relevel the trailer and add more peers to try and keep it level, windows leak air like no tomorrow, the screen door sits crooked, the back door pops open on its own, had to replace bathtub spicket. And the back bedroom has to have a electric heater because the air literally blows through the walls.still never fixed my electric pole I paid for, or gave me a sidewalk I paid for, again do your research. This company is terrible! Be prepared to pay 3x what your home is worth from repairs once they set it, because once you sign they no longer care for you or their word to make your home great. BE PREPARED TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF

Strongly suggest not going with these people. I received the keys to my home may/June since then nothing but problems. First broken water line under the house took a week to come out and fix. On top of that I paid extra to have my crawl space wrapped. The insulation was so saturated it was hanging down on my plumbing. They came out “fixed” the water leak. Only to be told 2 weeks later during my water softener install that I had a water leak under the house. Clayton came out fixed the water leak but still did nothing about the insulation that I paid 4000 extra for. Then we started getting rain only to my surprise my back door leaks. Again called Clayton they came out several days later after everything was saturated and dried only to fail fixing the leak 3 several times. Fast forward to today my back door still leaks. Been in the home like I said since may/June. Do yourself a favor buy your home elsewhere!
Update October 17 they came out and sealed my back door again said to give them a call if things aren’t right.

Met with Aaron first he acted as if I had to but without seeing anything. Then he walked me around certain homes he said I could afford. We saw only 2 they all were small.

Nice people to deal with. Jakob went above and beyond the call of duty to help get my brother settled in.

We had about 4 inches of water in our basement and Clayton Homes came out the very next morning. So appreciative of them. Thank you so much

John Jones is the most honest salesman I've met. Love meeting people with morals that seems to be lacking in this world.

I had the pleasure to work and meet with Margaret Detweiler. With this being my first experience in trying to purchase a home I definitely felt lucky to have a representative like her. She answered any questions I had, responded back to me in a timely manner, didn’t put pressure on me (like other sales representatives who just want you to buy anything quick) and was accommodating to my schedule when viewing the homes. I would recommend her if trying to buy a home at Clayton homes.

I worked with Bob. He was very helpful as I am planning to build and put a home in place on property I purchased. Bob was wonderful knowing I wouldn’t be purchasing from him, and assisted in answering questions and providing information.

We stopped in without an appointment and Bob Brown greeted us. He was super friendly, listened to what we were looking for and made helpful suggestions. He showed us the model that matched our needs and also helped us understand how the process works. This was a great experience!

Very poor communication have a long list of issues with my house that they refuse to get taken care of will not return phone calls or messages on anything very poor craftsmanship

I went to see about a smaller mobile home and the guy said he would check things out for me and give me a call and he quoted me for a new two bedrooms small two bedroom mobile home $95,000 told me you could get if we went ahead and ordered it now we can get it before the holidays. Extremely overpriced.
