Clayton's Cuts Bucyrus

When I get my haircut here it is normally pretty good. The last couple of times I have had to leave work early and drive almost 2 hours to be turned away saying they are no longer taking people an hour prior to their closing time. I’ve never heard of a place that turns away business prior to closing time. I go to Clayton’s for the convenience of walk in appointments. They just lost a loyal customer.

We will not visit this place again.
Moved to the area and was looking for a barber for our son. Visited this location to have a sign slapped on the door that they were closing despite hours online and on the door stating differently. We were told if he wasn't in a chair by a certain time we would have to come back. In this day and age, there are a million ways to convey closings to customers to save them trips. This business is not considerate of a customer's time. Further, the barber proceeded to argue when we explained what my son wanted. Telling me there is no such thing as a fauxhawk. Not sure where she got her license but she clearly needs to be re-schooled. Needless to say, my son left with half of what he wanted and an appointment for his usual stylist nearly an hour from us. We are now more than happy to drive seeing what the area offers.

I would give them 0 star if I could just on their customer service. Says close at 6 PM got there a half hour before they are closed and they say they are closed because they they are booked up as they are sweeping the floors.

The gentleman who cut my nephew's hair did an amazing job. He knew my nephew was nervous and not a fan of hair clippers. He was so patient and kind with him. He took his time with my nephew and didn't rush the haircut. The designs he gave him, he still can't stop talking about. I wish I would have asked his name. But he was amazing with my little guy and I am so glad bc now if anyone takes him for a cut he isn't scared!

Amazing service, Clayton did me and my boys hair on the day before school was to start. Even though it was busy it did not take long for us to get our cuts done. Son got a fade that looked great. I highly recommend Clayton's Cuts. They play great music everyone is friendly.

My boyfriend got his hair done and it's the first time in 2 years he's actually liked a haircut. The woman we had (I'm bad with names) did an amazing job and made sure to talk to him and make sure she got exactly what he wanted. He says he doesn't want to go anywhere else anymore.

Clayton's cuts always get's me together with a fresh cut. Plus I enjoy the same talk. Great atmosphere.

Clean and friendly. Not the cheapest haircut, but quality shouldn’t be cheap.

If you want a cheap haircut, have grandma do it for ya…. This ain’t your grandmas haircut!

Even the line is well worth the wait. My boy is happy with the results.

Great experience. I knew that it would be a good place as soon as I pulled up and there were multiple people also waiting for it to open. Friendly energetic staff who knows what they're doing! Will definitely be going back! They did mine and my boys hair and beard. They're are great with children!

Awesome place! Great ppl there, and they know how to give you the cut and look u want, I highly recommend them, chantel, she fixed me up perfectly, they take thier time to get you what you want, not some cookie cutter hair cutting experience, I will definitely go back there and get my cut again!

I love Clayton's. So many others do too. There are time you will get in and out and other times your going to wait. No complaints here. Thank you for all the times you cleaned my messy hair up:)
